1. Open the hood (cab wrench).

3. Open the empty filter box, here a 7mm extended socket wrench is used. The screws are inside the circle.

I opened it, and by the way, I opened the fuse shell to easily remove the air filter.

4. Unplug the checker plug on the pipe between the throttle valve and the air filter. The left one presses the blue button in the red circle, and the right one has a buckle on the top that is loosened as soon as you pull it.

6. Release the throttle control harness. Use your fingernails to pull the red shrapnel in the direction of the picture and loosen the locking mechanism.

7. Use an 8mm extended socket wrench to unscrew the throttle fixing bolt (the throttle fixing bolt of displacement is the T30 of the inner plum head, please use the corresponding tool).

Carefully take out the throttle.

8. Clean the inside of the throttle with throttle cleaner, cotton swab and clean towel. (Cleaning steps, spray the throttle inside at a 45-degree angle, spray the cotton swab with cleaning agent to scrub the throttle flip structure, and finally finish with a clean towel, do not eat, do not spray to the eyes, do not spray on plastic parts.) In case of disability, dispose of it with clean water as soon as possible.

The instructions for use of the bottle body are a non-disassembly cleaning method for a certain brand of cleaning agent.

9. The throttle valve is cleaned. Revert by reverse assembly. Please tighten the throttle fixing bolt crosswise.

10. After making sure that all the restoration is installed, start the car, no need to connect and match the computer, directly start the throttle a few feet, and the idle speed will come down after a while. The original exhaust is still OK, listen to the effect.

After starting, after a short period of fast idle warm-up, the normal idle speed will be restored, and there is no need for computer to check the mu resistance test.

6. If the rock cannot restore stable idle speed or the fuel consumption is high and the resistance to rise is high, the original position of the throttle valve of the new part deviates from the sliding resistance by 0 points (improper factory assembly), which does not match the original computer. Matching with a detector is required. Unconditionally, the positive pole head of the battery can be disassembled for 3-5 minutes and reassembled.

1. Insert the key and screw it to NO and wait for 15 seconds, 2. Turn off the key and wait for 20 seconds, 3. Open the key to NO and turn the throttle.

Step on the bottom and wait for 15 seconds, 4. Turn off the key and wait for 20 seconds. Note: Turn off the wheel mess key to screw the key to OFF instead of pulling it out.

5. The original parts with the same variety and model, close the electric door, complete the installation after the replacement, and open the Lashan electric door key for 30 seconds, so that the ECU can "self-learn" by itself. Turn off, repeat, and start again. Never start immediately. After starting, after a short fast idle.

Warm up, return to normal idling, no need for computer detection.

6. If the stable idle speed cannot be restored or the fuel consumption is high, the original position of the throttle valve of the new part deviates from the sliding resistance by 0 points (improper assembly at the factory), which does not match the original computer. Matching with a detector is required. Unconditionally, the positive pole head of the battery can be disassembled for 3-5 minutes and reassembled.

1. Plug the key into the thick and resistant and screw it to no and wait for 15 seconds.

2. Turn off the key and wait for 20 seconds.

3. Open the key to NO and press the throttle to the bottom for 15 seconds.

4. Turn off the key and wait for 20 seconds. Note: Turn off the key to screw the key to OFF, not to pull it out.
