The conversion between Excel sheet data and access is mainly achieved through macros. First of all, open the database, find "Create-Macro" in the toolbar, click the macro, and the interface in Figure 2 will appear.
To create an Excel sheet data import macro, click "Design - Show All Operations" in the toolbar, click the macro selection menu (Figure 2 below), and select "TransferSpreadsheet".
Data import settings (Figure 3 below):
1. Select Import as migration type
2. Select "Microsoft Excel 97 - Excel 2003 Workbook" as the electronic type
3. Table name: If you want to enter the existing table in access, enter the name of the existing table, and if you want to create a new table, enter the name of the new table, and a new table will be automatically generated after importing.
4. File name: that is, the full path and form name of the excel sheet you need to import.
5. Select "Yes" with the field name.
6. The scope can not be selected.
After the settings are complete, click the save icon in the upper left corner, enter the name of the macro you have defined, and then "Confirm", and the macro imported by Excel will be created (Figure 2 below). If it is run, double-click with the left mouse button to import the data into the desired table or automatically generate a new table (Figure 3 below).

5. Select "Yes" with the field name.
6. The scope can not be selected.
Save and run as in step 3.
