Start - all programs - UFIDA software system management; Or if you already have an account set, you can directly click on the system service - system management (as shown in the figure below).

Click on System – Register.

Arrive at the login interface - log in, followed by the server name, generally default, if there are more than one, you need to choose, the operator defaults to admin, no need to change, the password of UFIDA software system management is generally empty, just click on the login, unless you set the password, enter the password.

Once you've logged in, click on Account Set - Create.

Generally, a new blank set of accounts is added, referring to the existing set of accounts, which means copying the existing sets of accounts, and the new blank sets of accounts are demonstrated here.

Enter the account set number and account set name (numbers can be in both Chinese and English); path, generally don't move it by default, but remember that the output account set, the default address is this; The language of the account set can be ticked with English, which is easy to develop and use; The accounting period is the time when the account set is enabled, for example, if you want to put it online on New Year's Day, then choose the month; Whether the group account set refers to the fact that if the enterprise has a subsidiary, it will only be used if the financial account or business process BOM and other data are unified into the group for operation, and generally small enterprises do not need to check it.

After clicking the next step, it is to set the encoding scheme and data accuracy, first of all, the encoding scheme, the numbers above represent several few, such as procurement, sales, and production, which belong to the department, then the department coding level can be used 2 to represent 2 digits, when entering the system, it is 01 to start coding, 99 to end; If the procurement is also divided into business procurement and daily necessities procurement, etc., it needs to be divided into details, using 2 2 to represent 2 bits + 2 digits, when entering the system, it is 0101 to start coding, 9999 to end;

6. Then open the output document, open the document with only 1kb with Notepad, and right-click --- open the way ---Notepad.

7. Change the number after the CACC ID equal sign to the number we want to modify.

8. Then log in to "System Management" as the system administrator admin, and the account set --- introduced; After success, the number of this set of accounts is the number of the set of accounts that we want to change, and the previous set of accounts can be deleted.

1. Open System Management, and the path is "Start Menu - U8 Program - System Management".

2. Use the upper menu of system management, account set - output.

3. Select the output of the set of accounts for backup, and select the path.

4. Open the backup folder and modify the files in it. Open it with Notepad.

5. Modify the position in the screenshot, be careful not to modify the parameter of "cacc name", you can't change the name here. Save, and then close Notepad.

6. Restore this backup file to the set of accounts. If you see that the account set number has been modified when you see the restoration, it means that it has been successful.

7. Looking at the screenshot, one more account set has been successfully copied and can be modified.
