Hello, are you talking about the amplifier after connecting to the speaker, when the audio signal input line is not connected, the volume is turned off minimum, and the speaker hum can be heard? If this is the case, please do it step by step to solve it, you can't say that there is no noise 100%, but you can do it as the smallest and the smallest, that is to say, the kind that everyone can accept, and the kind that laymen can't hear at all. Here's how, this is my installation experience, I hope it will be useful to you:

1.Check step by step, cancel the output end of the tone board ok board (that is, the input left and right channel lines of the amplifier post-stage board), and then turn on and listen, if there is noise (buzz), the problem is on the side of the power amplifier board, at least first eliminate this side and then check down, the main thing is that the grounding wire is repeatedly grounded, that is to say, the circuit is grounded, to put it bluntly, this end is grounded at the other end and to the ground once or many times, it must be removed, while dismantling with a universal meter, and finally all the ground is not cleared and then restore the ground wire that was finally removedIf you connect it, you won't repeat it, that is to say, only one will be left to the ground at the end, and the single end will be grounded. I hope you can understand the method and meaning, so that it is easy to check the pre-level below, and the method is the same.

2.If the power amplifier board is OK, then restore the tone board, disconnect the OK board, if it is OK, the problem is in the OK board, if it is not OK, check whether the tone board is repeatedly grounded, and the method is on.

3.If the OK board is problematic, then the OK board is connected to the tone board and there is a repeated grounding, and most of this hum is produced by repeated grounding. The method is the same as above, the most direct is to disconnect the OK board to the ground wire of the input and output end of the tone board, disassemble them, and then measure whether the ground of the OK board is still connected to the tone board, it should be OK, anyway, it can only be grounded at one (end).

4.If the ring transformer causes 15V AC to produce a humming sound, then cancel the AC power supply, and directly supply power to the DC36V (DC 36V, not AC) string 3W above the 300 ohm resistance to the three-end regulator tube of the tone adjustment board and the OK board, that is, it is connected to 7812, 1 pin is connected, and 2 is ground, The 3 pins are out of 12V, so that the power supply can also eliminate the hum caused by the power supply.

5.Each tuning knob potentiometer must be connected with a wire and then only one end is allowed to be grounded, and the ground above refers to the negative level on the board. I wish you to solve the hum sound, remember, this kind of noise only comes from the bass or woofer, if the woofer has no such sound, but the treble is a little noisy, it is completely a horn quality problem, and it will not be caused by repeated grounding, because repeated grounding is only manifested in the woofer, if the repeated grounding must be heard by the woofer, it is very large.

Unacceptable noise. After doing a good job, it should be so small that you can't hear it before you can accept it.

If you always burn the power filter capacitor, it is a capacitor quality problem, the capacitor is aging or there is air in the capacitor, only the air will be heated and expanded to make it "bulge", and the dielectric and aluminum foil inside will not bulge. It is recommended that you choose *** and 100 volts to try. There are few good domestic CD11 products.

If the final amplifier has the same 10 ohm resistors and 4, it is estimated that yours is the power amplifier of the composite push-pull OTL circuit, which is the emitter resistance of the 4 power amplifier tubes, and it is recommended to use metal film resistors, but the power and resistance value of the 4 resistors must be the same. A 5 watt resistor should be sufficient, and if you always burn the emitter resistor, it proves that the final amplifier current is large, and you can reduce the base potential of the transistor. But setting the transistor base bias current can be difficult for you, so turn the volume down a bit!

Oh, if you keep burning the emitter resistance of the amplifier tube, do you check if your OTL output capacitor is leaking or breakdown?

The easiest thing to make the filter capacitor bad is that the positive and negative poles of the capacitor are reversed. You pay attention and see, right? The positive and negative of some boards are deliberately reversed, do you see if the capacitors of other machines of the same model are plugged in like this?

Or is it the same with the other capacitors on the board? Otherwise, there are other faults in the power amplifier board, and the transformer should be good. If it doesn't work, take it and fix it, otherwise it's useless to replace the capacitor no matter how good it is.

The transformer comes out 36V, and then rectifies the filter, which is 36 1 414 50 9V. The rated voltage of the capacitor should not be less than 1 4 times the power supply voltage, that is, 50 9 1 4 71 26V. That is to say, when selecting a capacitor, its withstand voltage value should be above 72V.

As for the resistor, you can choose a higher power, such as more than 2W.

There is a problem with the transformer you are using. This power amplifier board should be selected AC dual 18V transformer, so that after rectification, it is DC dual 24V. Or use dual 22V, up to 27V transformer, so that after rectification, it is DC dual 36V.

A TV amplifier is a part of the television that is responsible for amplifying the signal and making the sound clearer and more powerful. If your TV amplifier fails or doesn't work, here are some steps to take to repair your TV amplifier:

1.Check that the TV amplifier is connected to the TV. Check that the power cord of the amplifier is plugged into an outlet, or if it is connected to a TV. This may sound simple, but sometimes connectivity issues can cause the TV amplifier to not work as well as the filial piety method.

2.Check the volume. Turn the volume section up to maximum and listen to it to see if the amplifier is sending a signal to the speakers. If you can't hear anything, then there is a possibility that there is a problem with the amplifier.

3.Check the internal circuitry of the amplifier. Since the TV amplifier is located inside the TV, the maintenance process needs to pay attention to certain safety issues.

On the premise of ensuring the safety and integrity of the collapse, open the TV shell and check the internal circuit of the TV amplifier. Look for loose wires or detached parts.

4.Inspect the board. Inspect the circuit board inside the TV amplifier for signs of cracking or burning of solder joints. If a problem is found with the circuit board, it needs to be replaced or repaired.

5.Replace the audio capacitor. If you are confident that there is nothing wrong with the circuit board and wires, then the problem may be with the audio capacitors inside the amplifier. Audio capacitors are responsible for amplifying sound signals, so if they fail, sound cannot be amplified and delivered.

To sum up, the above are some alternative steps to repair the TV amplifier, if you have no experience in this area, it is recommended to find an experienced professional to deal with the slag.

The black screen of the TV is a malfunction phenomenon of the TV, and it is also the most common, which is manifested as no image. There are generally two main situations of TV black screen; One is that there is no image, there is sound, and the TV screen is not lit; The other is that there is no image, no sound, and the TV screen is bright. These two conditions are the most common black screen phenomenon. >>>More
