How to check configuration information on a computer

As we all know, when we buy a computer, due to the difference in the computer, so the computer configuration is not the same, when we run some large-scale software or games, if the computer configuration is not enough, you need to upgrade the computer. So how do you check the computer configuration of a notebook desktop? Let's share the query method of local computer configuration.

Local computer configuration query method 1:

First of all, we press the "Windows+R" key combination on the keyboard at the same time to bring up "Run", and enter the "DXDIAG" command in Run, as shown in the figure below.

At this time we open the DirectX diagnostic tool and we can see the system version, processor model, memory capacity, etc.

Switching to the tab of "Display", we can see the graphics card model, as shown in the image below.

We can also right-click on the desktop and click on "Manage" after the pop-up menu, as shown in the image below.

We click on "Device Manager", "Processor" and Display Adapter (Graphics Card) in the left column to see the model, as shown in the image below.

Local computer configuration query method 2:

We can't query the brand and detailed model of all hardware in the system, we need to use third-party software to query, such as our commonly used Master Lu software, which provides hardware detection function, we install Master Lu software, click on the "Hardware Detection" option, as shown in the figure below.

1. Check the computer configuration for system properties.

Right-click on the start menu of the win10 system, click on the "Control Panel" option, and then click on the "System" in the "System Security", and then you will have the overall configuration of the computer. As shown in the figure below.

2. Device Manager to view the computer configuration.

Find "Device Manager" in the left column of "System" and click to enter, you can see the configuration information such as CPU, graphics card, sound card, network card, etc. As shown in the picture, the following is my computer CPU information (mine is Core i3 2310M, dual core, four threads, so the display is "4" CPUs).

The graphics card is the graphics card information, and the audio input and output are the microphone and sound card information.

3. DirectX diagnostic information to view the computer model and configuration.

Enter "dxdiag" in "Run" and press enter.

In the DirectX system diagnostics that opens, you will see the configuration information for your computer.

In the "Display" menu item, you can see the information of the graphics card.

Fourth, with the help of third-party software to view the computer model and configuration information.

What can be recommended here are Master Lu, CPU-Z, and so on. The way to do it is simple.

Directly right-click on the desktop icon of the computer, a drop-down menu appears, select Properties, and the basic configuration of the computer (system, memory, processor) will come out.

How do I check my computer's configuration information?

Check the computer configuration by entering the "dxdiag" command in the runtime; The specific steps are as follows:

1. Enter "dxdiag" in the runtime.

2. If a DirectX Diagnostic Tool dialog box pops up, prompting us if we want to check, click OK.

3. Check the configuration information of your computer through the pop-up DirectX diagnostic tool interface

c. The red box in the figure below is the sound card information.

d. The red box in the figure below is the external input device information (mouse, keyboard).

4. Finally, you can also click "Save All Information" in the lower right corner of the DirectX diagnostic tool interface to save the diagnostic information containing the computer configuration as a txt file.
