Generally speaking, there is no restriction on household registration (must have the nationality of the People's Republic of China) and no restriction on the place of origin.

In terms of the examination plan, the plan is listed separately. In terms of allocation, doctoral students are arranged to work in municipal departments for temporary training; Master's degree students work in counties and cities. Taking Hebei as an example, in principle, students must be selected and transferred to the grassroots level for training, and they are not allowed to be transferred within two years.
