1. What is the filing process of construction project contracts?

Before a public gathering place is put into use or opened, its owner shall report to the public security and fire protection agency for fire safety inspection in accordance with the law, and shall submit the Application Form for Fire Safety Inspection, the Opinion on Fire Protection Design Review of Construction Projects, the Fire Protection Acceptance Opinion for Construction Projects, the fire safety management system and other relevant materials at the same time.
