We all know that many students are online on a regular basis, but we were surprised that 90% of them are online every day. The other eleven percent at least three to four times a week. Most students use computers for play, not for assignments.

The results of watching TV are also very interesting. Only two percent of students watch TV once or three times a week. Thirteen percent of students see it four to six times a week.

Eighty-five percent of students watch TV every day! Although many students enjoy watching sports, game shows are the most popular.

Using the Internet or watching game shows is a great way to relax, but we think the best way to relax is through exercise. Healthy for our minds and bodies. Sports are fun, you can spend time with your family and friends, as the old saying goes, old habits are hard to break.
