You may delete the profile of your new account.
Normally, it is automatically generated, but if it is deleted after it is generated, you will need to manually configure it later, you try to log in with administrator, delete the account, and then rebuild the account you want, do not delete the configuration file.
Administrator's password: Right-click on My Computer, Manage Local Users and Groups, Users, find Administrator, right-click on Set Password, and you're done.

The Welcome to Windows XP screen appears to stop responding (hanging) when you sign in

Last modified: May 31, 2004.
Revision: SymptomWhen you use the Welcome screen to log on to a computer installed as a home computer that is not assigned to a network domain, the computer appears to stop responding (hanging), and you receive the following message under your username:
Loading profiles.
You have a network share mapped to a drive letter.
The network share is set to be available offline.
The system is connected to the network.
The network share is not accessible. For example, a server shutdown.
When all of these conditions are met, Windows XP will not be able to restore the network connection with an error message. You can only continue to log in after confirming this error message. However, you won't see the error message because it's hidden behind the Welcome screen.
As a result, the system appears to have stopped responding (hanging).
Solution. To resolve this issue, confirm the error message and complete the sign-in process. To do this, follow these steps:1Press Alt+Tab to switch to the Restoring Network Connectivity task. Note that after you activate the task, it remains hidden.
2.Press Enter to confirm the error message. Note: If you don't see the Restoring Network Connections task when you press the Alt+Tab key, you're experiencing a different issue than the one described in this article.
Alternatives. To resolve this issue, turn off the Welcome screen and use the traditional style sign-in screen instead. For additional information, click the article number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base

Status Microsoft has confirmed that this is an issue in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
Personal recommendation: Try a system recovery using the Recovery Control management feature in the Windows XP standard installation disc.
If that doesn't work, it is recommended to reinstall the operating system.

Maybe there are too many startup items, or too many unrelated services, and it's useless to go to safe mode and disable.

There are too many startup items and too many backgrounds, and it is obvious that it would be good to optimize the optimizer.

The hard drive has been used for a long time, and the performance is not as good as before.
Take a look at the disk fragments or something to clean up, it can only be slightly better.

It is recommended to reinstall the system. Your system has crashed or been poisoned.

There are 2 situations in which the system profile is faulty, one is to automatically load the profile that has been used, this kind of situation is not very likely, but it may exist, you can see if there are 2 similar accounts under your C: documents and settings.
In another case, the system recovers automatically. It thinks that there is an error in your system and automatically reverts to the last backup, but depending on the situation where you return to normal, it should be the first case that is more likely.

Don't waste time, I see you just install it again, and after you install it, restart it every time you install a piece of software or make a big setup, to distinguish which software or setting is causing it.

Try to use the optimizer to clean up the system junk, optimize the system, and then reboot to take effect, and use the vista system with vista optimizer.
There are n reasons for the slow response speed at boot, not necessarily that you will be improved after optimization, have you cleaned the registry? Clean up redundant files? And optimize the system? >>>More
