The general process of registering an engineering company.

1. 6. After filling it out, submit it to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau together with the notice of name verification, the articles of association, the rent contract, and a copy of the real estate certificate.

7. With the business license, go to the company designated by the Public Security Bureau to engrave the official seal and financial seal. In the following steps, the official seal or financial seal is required.

8. Apply for the enterprise organization certificate: it takes 3 working days to apply for the organization certificate to the Technical Supervision Bureau with the business license.

9. Tax registration: After receiving the license, apply to the local tax bureau to obtain the tax registration certificate within 30 days. Generally, companies need to apply for two types of tax registration certificates, namely national tax and local tax.

The conditions required for the registration of an engineering company are as follows:
