Another point is that people like us may not like to be in the limelight, so running during recess may not be used to it. Because I am practicing and I have gained something, you can also believe that as long as you can persevere, you can slowly get rid of this trouble.
Especially when you have this kind of emotion, if you have time, you will immediately go to exercise, so the effect will be better, as for the intensity of the exercise depends on how bad your mood is, the more annoying the more strenuous the exercise.
