In the process of preparing the environmental impact report, if the power plant uses liquid ammonia denitrification, the construction unit should determine the purchase location of liquid ammonia and give the most likely transportation route (the task of the construction unit), and the EIA should conduct a targeted evaluation of the distribution of the environmental protection objectives of the transportation route, give whether the transportation route meets the environmental protection requirements, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on whether to adjust the transportation route. If there is a great change in the transportation route of hazardous chemicals after the construction project is put into operation, the corresponding environmental risk supplementary assessment of the change transportation route should be carried out.
