When I just graduated in 05, I found a procurement job in the mainland. The boss of the production department (the company's technical gatekeeper) specified that a certain material from company A was used, and the purchasing manager (the owner of the company) did not agree to trade with company A for personal reasons, and everyone knew that this matter was difficult to handle. So I put it off for a week, and the consequences were miserable, and I was scolded by the two bosses for this.

I've consulted others: people say that work is about resolving some conflicts between the two sides, especially in this company.

At the time, I felt that my abilities were limited, and it didn't take long for me to leave. It turned out that my departure was not the best thing to do, because I was now doing the same job in a large company, and this kind of thing (the contradiction in the distribution of benefits) was everywhere. Now I'm always learning how to solve it.

As for all the things you said that don't belong to your human resources, I personally think that you are definitely the image of a good person. You should learn to say no. There is no need to establish such a good image in today's busy modern work.

Or you will always feel that you are busy with such things that are not within the scope of your work every day, and you can't do a good job. Even if you want to help, you have to let others know that it's not your job, that you're helping him, and that others should be grateful.

Personally, I think there are a few things that need to be chosen to leave:

1. The salary is low, there are many affairs, and you can't skillfully handle the relationship between leaders, which is really boring.

2. I am fully capable of finding a better job (salary, treatment, environment) than this.

3. There is no future here, the salary cannot be increased to my satisfaction, and the position cannot be promoted too much.

4. Some good things about this company (philosophy, process, working methods...) I've almost learned it, and I can rate it (the company).

By the way, sometimes you don't trust your boss too much in drawing you a "cake". If you don't fulfill the promise you made, you're drawing a "cake" that you can't see, and you can't eat.
