This is to test the minds of these monks, so that they can practice and enlighten in this way, which is a practice of practical action.

Because they are all in accordance with the Buddha's will, they don't touch money or save, they have already seen through the red dust, like money, material things are things outside the body.

In fact, this is the idea of Buddhism, they think that they have seen through the red dust, they don't need money, they can eat enough.

Money is a medium of exchange. And many people have lost their nature of tranquility, compassion, wisdom, and light in the pursuit of money.

Therefore, when the Buddha was a prince, he abandoned his glory and wealth to explore the truth of the universe and save all sentient beings from suffering.

After becoming a Buddha, I knew that people were lost in greed, hatred, and obsession. Therefore, the ordination --- ordained monks (you can understand that bhikshus are monks) cannot use money.

In order to make good connections with sentient beings, we also use this to help and educate sentient beings. The Buddha bhikshu almsgiving, in response to the offerings of the benefactor, solves the confusion of life for sentient beings and points out the path to liberation.

Monks, eat once a day (only eat once a day at noon), spend the night under a tree (sleep under a big tree at night), be free from all greed, hatred (hatred because greed cannot be obtained), and stupidity (ignorance of the truth of life in the universe).

The purpose of the real good monk begging is.

2. The money collected represents the faith of believers, and using the money to build Buddhist temples and statues of Buddha is a kind of religious behavior.

Generally speaking, the monks of Zen Buddhism emphasize self-reliance, and only by saving themselves can they better save the world, and their needs are as much as possible to rely on self-cultivation. Therefore, in ancient times, when the emperor (I can't remember exactly) destroyed the Buddhist temples across the country and forced a large number of monks to return to the laity, Zen Buddhism was well preserved. Because the other monks don't give birth.

The fate of the transformation is the fate of the Buddha, the fate of the Buddha.

Those who give can get something back, and giving is merit, and they are connected with Buddhism.

Therefore, at a very high level, the generosity of all people is not given in vain. It's just that most of the givers and people don't know about it.

The ancient Shaman precepts:

No seeds, no trees. Eat once (during the day), do not eat at night, and do not eat at any time. Don't watch dramas, sing and dance, don't wear flowers, don't apply spices, don't decorate, don't (sit) high beds, big beds. No gold or silver.

They are not given birth to grain, they are not given raw meat, they are not given to women and maidens, they are not slaves, they are not besieged by goats, they are not affected by chickens and pigs, they are not beloved by oxen and horses, they are not ploughed and wasteland, they are not messengers, they are not intermediaries, they are not merchants, they are not deceived by scales and rulers.

Bribery, deceit, hypocrisy, and self-denial. Hurt, kill, capture, rob, steal, rob, forgive.

Because it is stipulated that money cannot be saved, or even touched with hands, it is forbidden to accept gifts only in goods, and not in the form of money, so it is not possible to buy money with money.
