Secondly, the sense is the core. The feeling here is neither an empty discussion that leaves the original text, nor a simple repetition of the content of the original work, but a new concept produced by the author under the inspiration of the original work's ideological concepts, a flash of the soul, and a leap in understanding. Generally speaking, there are two types of "feeling" after reading.

The formation of new huge organizations and teams for the implementation of lean production will lead to a reduction in overall efficiency, and the gains outweigh the losses;

For the sake of lean and lean, there is a lack of guidance from suitable lean experts, and the rigid set of lean tools and methods is not carried out, and the targeted design and improvement are not carried out, and the lean management system is not incorporated into the company's operation;

The production department is not cooperating with other departments, and the micro environment hinders the implementation of lean methods;

Middle-level personnel are busy with daily affairs and perfunctory about the promotion of lean production;

Frontline workers fail to see the benefits of improvement and are accustomed to doing things according to past experience.

You can learn, but the profession requires the accumulation of experience and flexible application, if you have no experience, you may take a long detour.
