Lecturer From September 1996 to July 2003, he obtained a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in law from Shanxi University. In 2000, he obtained the lawyer's qualification certificate. dr.Sergio Albeverio) is a postdoctoral fellow and Marie Curie Scholar in the Department of Physics, University of Heidelberg, Germany (co-supervisor: Prof. Jianwei Pan).

His main research interests are experimental and theoretical, quantum communication and quantum information. As the project leader, he led the important directional project of the Knowledge Innovation Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences "Research on Several Key Technologies in Long-distance Quantum Communication" (May 2008, February 2011). As the project leader, he presided over the National Natural Science ** project "Some Experimental Research on the Manipulation of Optical Quantum States and Quantum Information Processing" (January 2009 to December 2011), "Research on Several Theories of Quantum Entanglement" (January 2012 - December 2015).

It is proposed to conduct in-depth research and exploration on the manipulation and application of multiphotons in optical quantum information processing, quantum information theory, and the nature and application of quantum entanglement. In terms of quantum communication technology, we will study the pursuit of longer communication distance, higher communication rate, better stability and reliability under real conditions and under the condition of ensuring communication security. Aiming to promote quantum communication towards the goal of practical application and networking, we will study new Shenghu communication solutions and develop related key technologies.

Chen Kai, male, born in October 1966, master's degree, senior engineer, currently serves as the deputy chief engineer of Shanghai Automation Instrument Co., Ltd. and the general manager of the system engineering company. Comrade Chen Kai was awarded the Shanghai Model Worker twice in 2000 and 2007, the National May Day Labor Medal in 2001, and the National Model Worker in 2005. Comrade Chen Kai pursued the cause persistently, participated in the introduction of the first 300MW unit - Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant 4 sets of 300MW units of the engineering application, in which, the application of his own knowledge, the original automatic generation of the picture technology, was highly praised by the American engineering and technical personnel, so far many DCS system pictures are still created by him at that time.

Chen Kai, a native of Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, is an associate professor in the Department of Chemical Education, School of Environmental Science, Nanjing Xiaozhuang University, graduated from Nanjing Normal University in 2005 with a master's degree in physical chemistry, and is currently studying for a Ph.D. in curriculum and teaching theory (chemistry) at Nanjing Normal University.
