The alkaline substance in the antiscalant makes the calcium and magnesium salts in the water of the radiator pipeline form water slag, and the water slag is removed through the sewage discharge, so as to remove the calcium and magnesium ions in the water, so that it cannot form scale.
At the same time, the organic matter in the radiator antiscalant will also increase the fluidity of the water residue, making it easy to discharge, and form a barrier layer on the metal surface to prevent the formation of scale on the inner wall of the radiator.
2.Increase the number of radiator pieces or groups, and achieve low-temperature heating through this method, so that the temperature of hot water in the radiator pipe is reduced, which is not conducive to the precipitation and precipitation of calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide and other substances, and will not form scale on the radiator pipe. 1) Cleaning on the water side.
a Mechanical cleaning.
The water side should be cleaned regularly, when cleaning, close the valve of the inlet pipe, unscrew the drain plug, let go of the water in the gas cooler, remove the inlet and outlet end cover, return end cover, and then use a pipe brush (with water) to scrub the inner wall of the pipe, and the dirt under the brush is washed out of the pipe with water.
b Chemical cleaning.
If the fouling on the inner wall of the pipe cannot be removed after mechanical cleaning, or if there is only limescale on the water side of the gas cooler and there is no large residue and dirt, chemical cleaning can be used. To make a cleaning system (the system needs a pump, corresponding pipes and necessary valves), it is not necessary to remove the air cooler, only disconnect the external cooling water pipe of the air cooler, and connect the cleaning system directly to the inlet and outlet flanges of the air cooler, so that the cleaning liquid circulates in the gas gas cooler, so as to realize the cleaning of the water side of the gas cooler (the flow direction of the cleaning liquid is best the opposite of the flow direction of the cooling water).
The cleaning solution can be 10% hydrochloric acid plus antioxidant, we recommend using the "HS-2 boiler and large equipment cleaning agent" of Yangyuan Detergent Factory (Pudong New Area) of Shanghai Daluo Industry and Trade Industrial Company, and the specific use method is detailed in the manufacturer's instruction manual.
After cleaning, the gas cooler should be flushed with a strong jet of water until it is thoroughly cleaned.
2) Cleaning of the air side.

After cleaning, the cooling core should be fully rinsed with clean water, and it is recommended to use a high-pressure jet gun with a 3mm nozzle, which is a high-pressure water pipe 2m away from the heat sink to impact the fin group vertically, that is, the jet water flow is parallel to the heat sink, and then dry with compressed air after washing.
3) Cleaning is complete.
After the parts are installed according to the general drawing, the pressure test should be carried out in accordance with the pressure test requirements specified in the drawings. Water side: test water pressure, pressure, no leakage for 30 minutes; Air side: test air pressure, pressure, no leakage for 10min.
The heat exchangers we use on site are all done like this, but the general cycle of the heat exchanger is very long, sometimes it has not been cleaned for several years, you can consult whether the heat exchanger manufacturer you use has a recommended cleaning agent, if not, you can use the above methods, if there is a recommended brand recommended by the manufacturer.
