One LAN port of the route is connected to any LAN port of route B (let router B act as a switch), three PCs can be connected to router B, and the PCs under router B still use DHCP, if DHCP does not work, then use static IP directly

Unless you convert the WAN port of Route B to the LAN port, you don't know whether the router supports it. Some can be converted, some can't.
