In accordance with the provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of the Auctioneer Qualification Examination", after research, the relevant matters related to the registration of this year's auctioneer qualification examination are hereby notified as follows.

1. Registration conditions: Those who register for the 2008 (20th) National Auctioneer Qualification Examination must meet the following conditions at the same time: (1) Have a college degree or above (must meet the relevant provisions of the education administrative department); (2) Have worked in the auction enterprise for more than two years (applicants must provide proof of working years in the auction enterprise); (3) Be of good character; (4) Those who have obtained the "Qualification Certificate for Practitioners of China's Auction Industry" for one year (i.e., those who have obtained the "Qualification Certificate for Practitioners of China's Auction Industry" before August 31, 2007); (5) Candidates who failed to pass the 2007 (19th) auctioneer qualification examination and requested to take the make-up examination should register for the make-up examination at the same time. According to the provisions of the Administrative Measures for the Auctioneer Qualification Examination, candidates who fail to pass the subject are allowed to take a make-up examination in the following year, and their results of the qualified subjects are retained. If you still fail to pass the make-up examination in the following year, the results of all subjects will be cancelled and you must re-register for the examination. 2. Registration procedures and time (1) Enterprise recommendation (before April 25) The auction enterprise will report in writing to the Provincial Auction Association before April 25 for the employees of the enterprise who meet the above conditions and are required to apply for the examination.

3) On or about July 15, the list of candidates who have passed the review will be publicized on the "China Auction Network" and subject to social supervision.

4) For those who pass the publicity, the "List of Permitted Candidates" will be published through "China Auction Network", and no written "Examination Notice" will be issued to the approved candidates.

All member units, auction companies and those who intend to participate in the auctioneer examination are requested to make all preparations for registration.

The auctioneer qualification certificate is not easy to take.

5. Compulsory auction;

6. Contract Law, Civil Procedure Law, General Principles of Civil Law, Company Law and Guarantee Law in the relevant laws and regulations of auctions.

1) Those who meet the application requirements shall be recommended by the auction company to register through the China Auction Network.

Applicants need to submit the "Auctioneer Qualification Examination Registration Form" and their academic qualifications and other materials, and candidates for the make-up examination must submit the "Auctioneer Qualification Examination Make-up Examination Registration Form". The applicant shall indicate his or her working time and the qualification certificate number of the auction practitioner in the "Auctioneer Qualification Examination Registration Form", and do not need to submit it separately.

Provincial (regional, municipal) auction industry associations (hereinafter referred to as local auction associations) shall strictly conduct preliminary examinations of online applicants within their jurisdictions according to the registration conditions. The focus of the review is: whether they are regular employees of the recommended auction company; Whether they have worked in an auction enterprise for more than two years; whether the academic qualifications are authentic and reliable; Whether the practitioner qualification certificate has been obtained for more than one year, etc.

2) After passing the preliminary examination, the local auction association shall sign an opinion, summarize the materials in a unified manner, and report to the China Auction Association. If there is no local auction association, the China Auction Association will directly review the registration qualifications.

3) The CAA will review the registration materials. Those who meet the application requirements will be announced to the public online.

4) After the announcement, the "List of Students Allowed to Register for the Examination" will be released through the China Auction Network.

5) The students on the "List of Students Permitted to Register for the Examination" must hold the academic certificate, qualification certificate, original certificate of working time and other relevant materials, report to the designated place at the specified time, accept the on-site registration materials review, and those who pass the review are allowed to participate in the examination. Those who falsify in the application materials (such as altering the qualification certificate of practitioners, providing fake academic certificates and making false certificates of early omen, etc.) shall bear their own responsibility and will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations; and where the circumstances are serious, the auction enterprise to which they belong is not allowed to send personnel to take the examination within one year.

If you want to take the auctioneer exam, you must have more than two years of experience, and you used to need a qualification certificate, but now it has been abolished. To take the auctioneer exam, you have to take the Beijing exam, first take the general theory of auction, case analysis and economics, and then take the actual operation of the auctioneer, and the results are valid for 2 years, and if you fail to pass the 2 years, all the results will be invalid.
