Second, the solution.
1.When unplugging the high-voltage wire joint, it should be gentle, and the spark plug insulator should not be shaken vigorously during operation, otherwise the spark plug sealing performance will be damaged.
2.The engine can be disassembled only after cooling, when the spark plug to be removed is loosened, blow the dirt around the spark plug one by one with a thin hose, and the dirt falls into the combustion chamber after the spark plug is unscrewed out.
3.The screw area, spark plug electrode and gasket must be kept clean, dry and free of oil stains, otherwise it will cause leakage, air leakage, spark weakening and other failures.
4.When installing, first use the sleeve to align the spark plug with the screw hole, gently screw it in by hand, screw it to about 1 2 of the full length of the thread, and then tighten it with an afterburner lever. If the hand feeling is not smooth when twisting, you should exit to check whether there are any entrained impurities in the screw mouth or thread, and you must not blindly tighten it, so as not to damage the screw hole and affect the cylinder head, especially the aluminum alloy cylinder head.
5.It should be tightened according to the required torque, too loose will cause air leakage, too tight will make the gasket lose elasticity, and it will also cause air leakage. Since the tapered spark plug does not use a gasket, it is particularly important to comply with the tightening torque.
6.When the carbon deposit and oil accumulation on the spark plug are not very serious, you can soak it in gasoline or kerosene and acetone solvent, and after the carbon deposit is softened, brush the carbon deposit on the electrode and the porcelain core and the cavity of the shell with a non-metallic brush, and dry it with compressed air. After cleaning, the spark plug is checked for clearance.
3. Preventive methods.
After completing the above, the installation test will be carried out, and the owner will be reminded to do regular maintenance to keep the oil and gas circuits clean; It is recommended to clean the air grid every 4000-8000km (according to the use of the vehicle and the actual situation) (replace it according to the actual situation), clean the throttle once, and clean the fire nozzle; Every 15,000-25,000km (according to the use of the vehicle and the actual situation), clean the intake pipe, throttle combustion chamber and related oil circuits, check the gasoline grid and replace it according to the situation; Avoid idling and stopping for a long time, avoid turning off the engine immediately after high-speed driving, avoid high-speed driving immediately after starting, and avoid low-speed gear shifting.
