Overhaul of the main parts of the clutch:
1) Overhaul of driven disc (friction plate, clutch plate, face plate).
Forms of damage: abrasion, ablation, cracking, oil stains, rivet loosening, warping and deformation of steel sheets.
Maintenance method: light oil stain: visual inspection; Wash with gasoline and tumble dry. Slight hardening, ablation: visual inspection; Sand with an abrasive cloth.

Maintenance method: When there is slight ablation and scratching on the working surface of the pressure plate, polish it smooth with an oil stone.
When the groove groove depth of the working face of the pressure plate exceeds or the flatness error exceeds, it should be ground or turned to repair, but the total amount of cutting does not exceed, and the balance test should be carried out after machining.
Double-plate clutch intermediate pressure plate:
Working surface: Same as above; When the matching gap between the force transmission pin and the hole or the force transmission block and the groove exceeds the specified value, it can be transposed to open another groove or punch or replace.
Clutch cover: Crack: welded;
Wear of force transmission hole (window): grinding after surfacing welding;
Warpage deformation: Correction.
3) Overhaul of compression springs.
The elastic force and elastic force difference of the compression spring should meet the regulations, and the free length difference should not be greater than 2mm (can be adjusted by padding).
The perpendicularity error between the outer cylindrical surface and the end face of the compression spring should not be greater than 2mm.
The depth of wear at the contact between the inner end of the diaphragm spring and the separating bearing should not exceed mm.
The inner ends of the diaphragm springs should be in the same plane, and the maximum difference should not exceed mm.
4) Overhaul of separators.
The inner end of the separation lever is worn out more than specified; Welding.
The separating bearing should rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and the axial clearance should not be greater than; Otherwise, it should be replaced.
After the shaft and sleeve of the separating fork are worn loosely, the shaft should be plated or replaced.
