But what I want to tell these fresh graduates is that don't be discouraged, work hard to do your best, and strive to give full play to your abilities!

At this moment, it is obviously irrational for us to talk about the turnaround of graduation salary, and it is more practical to look for a job than to look for a turnaround!

When you have the ability, don't worry about the amount of salary. Even though your salary may be low this year, who knows what your salary will be like in the future? To prioritize, as long as the job is something you love, something you like, and something you are willing to do, then treat it well.

There is a turnaround, the monthly salary income has nothing to do with education and work experience, and the ability to work in business is the main measure.

This year, due to the impact of the epidemic, many industries are facing layoffs and other situations, so China's entire economy is not very good. If you want to turn around this year, I think it's still more difficult.

From the current overall environment, it is still a bit difficult. But the subject can exercise his ability well, because gold will always shine, don't rush to success or failure.

I think it should be difficult to increase wages and salaries this year, after all, the overall market this year is not good, and you can wait for next year to see, so it is difficult to have a turnaround this year.

Now that all walks of life in China are in a period of recovery, wages are still expected to rise, but undergraduates can also find higher-paying jobs if they have strong personal work ability.

I think this month's salary is still relatively high, because it hasn't been long since it came out, and with the increase in working age, the salary will also be raised, and it should be okay this year.
