What do you enjoy and spend time with every day?

My favorite time is a fixed two-hour reading time every day, with my phone turned off, no one disturbing me, quietly immersed in the world of books, not to mention how nice it feels.

My favorite thing is to spend time with my family, because I am very busy at work every day, I have very little time at home, and I spend even less time with my family, and I try to squeeze out time to watch TV and chat with my parents every day.

What else is there to say, of course it's work, because work makes me happy, I love work, overtime makes me happy, the key is what I eat if I don't work, the old and the young.

Because of my work, I need to study every day, otherwise I can't keep up with the fast pace, so I will spend time every night to learn English and improve my ability.

A good body is the most important thing, and the body is the capital of the revolution, so every day I will spend time exercising myself, running, climbing, and playing ball, anyway, I want to make myself sweat and get rid of the anger of the day.

My favorite thing is the time I spend with my girlfriend, because we are very busy with each other's work, and although we live together, sometimes we can't see each other for a day or two, and life is not easy.

I am a person who is more easily upset and irritable, and I have been told many times by my girlfriend and colleagues, so in order to correct it thoroughly, I started to practice calligraphy, because it is the best way to calm the mind.

Embroidery, I feel that the whole person is quiet in a stitch and thread.

Fitness, reading, doing food and housework, I am now learning some skills while conditioning my mentality, adjusting imbalance, insomnia, killing many birds with one stone!
