Cao Yanchun, female, Mongolian, member of the National Democratic Construction Association. Graduated from Chinese Renmin University with a master's degree in civil and commercial law. He studied in the United States and was a research fellow and visiting scholar at the Clarke Center for Asian Law and Cultural Studies at Cornell University School of Law (April 2006-May 2007) and a visiting scholar at Berkeley Law School of the University of California (February 25-April 1, 2007).

In recent years, he has published 159 articles in domestic and foreign journals, including 24 SCI articles, edited 1 monograph on "Epidemiology of Infectious Diseases", and participated in the compilation of 8 books. In 2011, the "Establishment and Application of Comprehensive Prevention and Control Technology System for Emerging Infectious Diseases" led by Director Cao Wuchun and others won the first prize of the 2011 National Science and Technology Progress Award.

Technical areas of expertise: epidemiology and control of infectious diseases, application of spatial information technology in the field of public health, and molecular epidemiology research.
