    Article 2: "Leading cadres" as used in these Provisions includes:

    1) Cadres at or above the county and department level (including county and department level deputy positions, the same below) in Party organs, people's congress organs, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, adjudication organs, procuratorial organs, and democratic party organs at all levels;

    2) Cadres in people's organizations and public institutions equivalent to the deputy level or above at the county or department level;

    3) The real estate of the person, spouse and children living together;

    4) Circumstances in which the person, spouse, or children living together invest in or otherwise hold valuable financial products (including equity incentives), investment-type insurance, and other financial wealth management products;

    5) Spouses and children living together invest in non-listed companies or enterprises;

    6) Spouses and children living together are registered as individual industrial and commercial households, sole proprietorship enterprises or partnership enterprises.
