3) There are no less than 15 construction site management personnel with post certificates, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety officers, material personnel, data personnel and other personnel are complete.

4) There are no less than 20 skilled workers above the intermediate level who have passed the assessment or training.

5) The technical person in charge (or registered constructor) has presided over the completion of no less than 2 projects required by the first-level qualification standards of this category.

The handling of fire protection qualifications is as follows:

1. Obtain a business license;

2. Submit the original and copy of the qualification application materials to the district and county construction management department, and report to the construction department of the municipal construction management department after passing the preliminary examination;

3. Review and publicize the qualification application materials;

4. After the publicity is completed, it will be approved without objection, reported to the Provincial Construction Management Bureau for the record, and the qualification certificate will be printed;

5. The fire protection qualification needs to have the qualification of an independent enterprise legal person.
