    There are a lot of unsatisfactory things in life, I understand everything, I understand everything, but I just can't think about it, my family and friends enlighten me, I still can't think about it, it's not that I'm trapped by love, I just feel that I'm lonely, helpless, and can't see my future"

    Do you still need to read the scriptures if you understand everything, just do it. just do it!

    In this way, you don't have to read the Buddhist scriptures, first do one thing that is more meaningful to you every day, record it after you finish it, and after three months, you can look at these records again, and then talk about it, remember, have perseverance.

    If it is the cause, it is the effect. Buddhism is based on cause and effect, and everything in this life is the cause of the previous life.

    Who am I coming from**to going**.

    When you have nothing to do, just say the words above! After a long time, the heart will naturally calm down! You can also continue to be enlightened! Just shut up these three sentences! Don't look for the answer in your heart! Recite these three sentences in my heart repeatedly! Just keep it on for now!

    Practical mindfulness is the focus'And not just enlightenment....To "put him before me" (to really like others)...(It's useless to say that the food number treasure is useless...))…After a while, let's see if it's really improving' (e.g., being bullied by others, can you really endure humiliation?) )…

    If you don't love yourself, you can't love others;

    I think I have nothing, but I already have a lot;

    I think I'm very different, but in fact I'm just a drop in the crowd.

    Communicate with others, exchange ideas, and change your mindset will guide you to a bright future.

    You are a kind of empathy phenomenon, at first glance, it is a manifestation of not having a close friend, it has nothing to do with the Dharma, your problems are difficult to solve, it depends on the chance!

    We can settle our minds on the Buddha name by chanting the Buddha, whether we are walking or working, so that the recitation of the Buddha name continues. If there are too many delusions, the mind will become complicated and the troubles will increase. If you can recite the Buddha every day and all the time, your mind will become more and more pure, and your psychological burden will become less and less.

    Why can't a person be happy? It is because there are too many things in the mind that the mind is oppressed by many things and attachments. We should all have the experience that when our hearts are heavy, we can't be happy if we want to.

    On the other hand, if our minds are free of any burdens, we can experience relaxation.

    So, we have to learn to look at our own thoughts. What is the function of the rosary in our hands? It's about helping us to look at our own thoughts.

    There is a story in Zen Buddhism that when a child went to herd a cow, the cow was a bison at first, so the child had to follow the cow every day, always holding on to the ox's rope, and if he was careless, it would run away without a trace. The boy trained the cow every day, blew the whistle, pulled the rope, and over time the ox became more and more docile, and at last the child could even ride on the back of the ox, and when he went to sleep by himself, the ox would not run away. Our minds are like those of this buffalo.

    There is a word called "mind ape mind horse", which means that our mind is restless like an ape, and our mind is running around like a wild horse. We often get lost in the five desires, hear good things, see good things, we cling to them, and we go to greed and hatred. When we are greedy for these things, we have long since thrown our hearts aside, and we have long been lost in the environment we like, just like the cow, which accidentally ran away without a trace.

    And the rosary is like a rope tied to an ox, and our minds run faster and wilder than an ox, so we must always look at it.

    We need to reflect on what we are thinking at the moment. See what are these thoughts on your mind? We have to look at our thoughts, whether they are good or bad, and we have to be clear in our hearts.

    Especially when we are greedy and hateful, don't blindly follow it. A person who has not studied Buddhism is desperately greedy when his greed is present; When hatred appears, it is desperately angry; When you love, you love to die and live; When we hate, we hate each other so much that we can't share the sleepiness, and as a result, these troubles become the masters of our lives. The purpose of reciting the Buddha is to cultivate our mindfulness, so that we can grasp our own minds, our present and future, instead of letting the troubles of the five desires and dusts control our body and mind, so that our minds can always maintain a pure awareness.

    The Vimala Sutra says, "If a bodhisattva wants to attain a pure land, he should purify his mind and follow his mind, and then the Buddha's land will be pure." "The real oak pure land, not in other places, is not far away, it is a clean heart.
