But many sentient beings in Yanfu have lost their originals, their stupidity is reversed, and it is difficult to adjust and subdue, so that "the heart and mind are nothing more than sins", and they go in and out, spin out and spin out, which is very pitiful!

The benevolent are compassionate, diligent in cultivating good karma, accumulating good causes, and immeasurable merits!

But self-cultivation, don't ask about the harvest. The Diamond Sutra says: "If a bodhisattva does not live in generosity, his merit is inconceivable. ”

Evil ghosts, there are many evil ghosts, and there are also many thirsty ghosts, they are thirsty and can't help it, and they dig out their brains to drink.

The Hungry Ghost Dao is just a name, it is called the Thirsty Ghost Dao, and there is nothing wrong with it, the vast majority of the beings in this Dao are hungry and thirsty, but in fact, the feeling of thirst is more obvious. Most of the landlords haven't read much Buddhist scriptures, right? When the hungry ghost beings see the heavy rain falling from the sky, they raise their necks and want to catch some rain to quench their thirst, but because of the evil karma they have created, when the rain is a few feet away from them, it will turn into flames and multiply their thirst.

This is not a fantasy, but the landlord's statement is your own imagination.

Where does matter come from? How big a mouth, how much to eat, how big the body is, and the energy consumed by this body can be satisfied by his mouth, even if the mosquito will be full, no animal can violate the objective law, nature cannot create such a species.

I know you will say that it is some kind of bullshit hell, it is the world of the soul, and I cannot measure it, but do you believe that the earth is square, friend? That violates the law of gravitation, it is simply impossible.

The image of the "hungry ghost" in Buddhism is that the stomach is large and the throat is very thin, and the "hungry ghost" has a huge greed for food, but because of the small throat, it can never be satisfied, so the hungry ghost is always in a state of hunger, and the pain is very great.

But normal people can solve it quickly by themselves, and these hungry ghosts can't solve it at all due to their karma, and even Venerable Murolou Duo couldn't find water when he traveled to the hungry ghost realm at that time, and only called for a great bodhisattva like Guanyin Bodhisattva with a vast pure wish, so that the great gods could send down a luscious diet for them to satisfy them. Some hungry ghosts have been annoying others for hundreds of years and cannot be liberated, but once they hear the holy name of Guanyin Bodhisattva, they can be liberated immediately.

It can be seen that whenever and wherever we give water and food, or even spit out a mouthful of water, or accidentally drop food, we must be accustomed to reciting the holy name of Guanyin or the mantra for blessings. If you pass by a deserted place, grass, or woods, you should recite the holy name of Guanyin or the six-character mantra. Inadvertently, it will benefit a lot of hungry ghosts. Inheriting the great mercy of Guanyin, there is no doubt that hungry ghosts and others will gain benefits.

No matter how good the food falls on the ground, you should not pick it up and eat it yourself, but you should pronounce "Hum Mani Horn Mei Yin" and apply it to the hungry ghost by the stove or in the corner of the wall. In ordinary monasteries, every evening class is used to give food to hungry ghosts. Most of the southern urban and rural areas have such customs:

At night, be silent, give something at the intersection or a fixed place, and recite some Guanyin name. These are just the things that we can do in our ordinary ways. And Guanyin Bodhisattva not only gave them food and drink, but also gave them a wonderful celestial body, so that they could leave the path of hungry ghosts and be reborn in the Elysian World.

This is the kindness of Guanyin Bodhisattva to the hungry ghosts.

Why can the hungry ghost return to the only book ghost path and hear the Buddha's name to relieve the hungry ghost from the sea of suffering?

In Buddhism, the Buddha name is the name of the Buddha and a symbol of the Buddha's power and energy. The issuance of the Buddha's name will bring compassion, wisdom and strength, and liberate the hungry ghosts from the sea of suffering. The issuance of the Buddha's name will convey the power of compassion to the hungry ghosts, so that they will be freed from the sea of suffering, and they will be liberated and redeemed.

Buddhist scriptures talk about karma, which is true. The good and bad karma we encounter are all the karma formed in previous lives.

The "bad guy" we meet is our bad fate, if you don't provoke him, it must be a grudge in the previous life. According to Buddhism, we should "eliminate the old karma and stop creating new evils." He bullied me, we can only defend ourselves according to the law, and don't fight back and make new enemies.

And being bullied is exactly the opportunity to cultivate "forbearance and humiliation". Let's use one more word "forbearance".

Because of this karma, even if there is no other obstacle to eating, it is natural that you can't drink as much as you want. If it is a ghost, it is a name for the internal disorder diet.

Is there any obstacle to Yunhe's diet? It is said that there is a hungry ghost named Fierce Flame, and everything you drink is burned. From this cause, hunger and thirst have not stopped.

There are hungry ghosts who eat dung, or have a share of dung eating and drowning; Or there is a point that can only drink, but it is very disgusting, raw and cooked, and it is filthy, and it is fragrant and beautiful, but it cannot be eaten; Or some of them cut off their flesh and eat it, and even if they eat the rest, they can't eat it. If you are waiting for a ghost, you have no dietary disorders. ”
