When installing the bushing, the bushing should be clamped into the steering knuckle hole with pressure or vise, and avoid directly hitting it with a hammer to prevent deformation. The two ends of the rear bushing should not be higher than the end face of the steering knuckle. When pressing, it should be noted that the oil hole must be aligned with the grease nozzle of the kingpin seat hole on the steering knuckle for oil injection.
After the liner is ready, the liner is bored, and the inner diameter of the bushing is turned according to the size of the kingpin it mated, so as to achieve the appropriate fitting clearance between the two.
