Articles of Association of China Carbon Industry Association

China Carbon Industry Association is a national industry-based, non-profit, and self-disciplined social organization that is voluntarily formed by enterprises, institutions and individuals in China's carbon industry as members, and carries out activities in order to realize the common wishes of members.

The tasks of the association include: to carry out industry investigation and research, and to put forward proposals for industry policies and legislation to the first department; Research and formulate industry development plans, and conduct preliminary demonstration and review of major technological transformation, technology introduction, investment and development projects in the industry; Respond to ** inquiries and reflect member requests; Organize product identification and evaluation; Safeguard the rights and interests of members, coordinate members to do the source of the system; Carry out industry statistics and release industry information; Participate in the formulation and revision of industry standards; Formulate professional ethics standards, industry rules and regulations, and maintain fair competition in the industry; Participate in the issuance of industry production and business licenses; Organize industry product exhibitions and technical exchanges and cooperation; carry out international exchanges and cooperation; organization of anti-dumping work; Hold industry reports and seminars; vocational education and training; Carry out consulting services to provide members with technical and economic information at home and abroad; Undertake ** and matters entrusted by relevant departments.

To apply for membership in the Association, the following conditions must be met:

1) To uphold the constitution of the Association;

2) Willing to join the Association;

The procedure for membership is as follows:

1) Submit an application for membership;

2) Approved by the Board of Directors for the purpose of selling the situation;

3) The membership certificate shall be issued by the Council or the China Potato Organization authorized by the Council.

Members have the following rights:

1) The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;

2) The right to participate in the activities of the Association;

3) Priority in obtaining the services of the Association;

4) The right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of the Union;

5) Membership is voluntary and withdrawal is free.

Members fulfill the following obligations:

1) To implement the resolutions of the Association;

2) To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Union;

3) To complete the tasks assigned by the Association;

Fourth, pay the membership fee according to the regulations;

5) To report the situation to the Association and provide relevant information.

The scope of business includes the following:

3) Respond to inquiries from ** and relevant departments, and reflect the requirements of members;

4) To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members and coordinate the relationship between members;

5) Statistical survey of the carbon industry in the number of years and ears, collecting and publishing industry information;

6) Participate in the formulation and revision of product standards and service standards in the carbon industry;

10) Hold reports and seminars on the carbon industry; vocational education and training;

11) Coordinate the improvement of operation and management of carbon enterprises; develop public welfare undertakings in the carbon industry;

13) to undertake matters entrusted by the government and relevant departments;

14) To carry out other activities permitted by the purpose of the Association.

1. Application for membership with the official seal of the unit. Contents: Applying for membership in the association; Willingness to participate in the activities of the association; comply with the resolutions of the Association; Contribute to the development of the carbon industry.

2. Fill in the "Basic Information Form of Member Units".

3. A unit sample, as well as the output of the main products, the main production equipment, the turnover and the profit of the previous year. Carbon equipment manufacturers also need to provide the performance of carbon industry equipment.

China Carbon Industry Association 1 is a national and industry-wide social organization legal person voluntarily composed of carbon production and operation enterprises and scientific research and design institutes. At present, there are 89 group members, including 83 production enterprises; 4 scientific research institutes; 2 economic and trade enterprises.

The business supervisory unit of the Association is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the registration and management authority of the association is the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
