3. Xinhua College will be arranged by Guangdong Province to issue an enrollment plan. Upon completion of the study period and passing the grades, the enrolled students will be awarded a graduation certificate by Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University and stamped with the name of Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University.

4.
