1. Adjustment of closing voltage.

Use a dry battery to connect it in series with the battery and the ammeter, and connect it to the battery binding post of the regulator. Start the engine and gradually increase the speed to observe the ammeter pointer on the tractor as the interceptor contacts are closed. If the pointer of the ammeter swings in the direction of "", it means that the closing voltage is high, and the spring tension should be weakened; If the ammeter pointer swings in the direction of " ", it means that the closing voltage is low and the spring tension should be increased.

Adjust this repeatedly until the ammeter pointer barely oscillates when the interceptor contact is closed, indicating that the closing voltage is appropriate.

2. Adjustment of pressure regulation value.

Use two dry batteries to connect the battery and the ammeter in series and connect them to the battery binding post of the regulator. Start the engine and gradually increase the rpm. While the regulator is in effect, observe the pointer of the ammeter.

If the pointer of the ammeter swings in the direction of " ", it means that the voltage regulation value is high, and the spring tension should be reduced; If the pointer of the ammeter swings in the direction of " ", it means that the voltage regulation value is low, and the spring tension should be increased. This is repeated until the ammeter pointer barely swings when the regulator is in action, indicating that the voltage regulation value is appropriate.

The principle of this adjustment method is: the dry battery and the battery are connected in series, which has a certain potential, while the generator emits a certain voltage, and when the two are not equal, a current will be generated. If the potential of the former is higher than that of the latter, the ammeter pointer will be in the " " direction, and vice versa in the " " direction.

Only when the two potentials are almost equal will the ammeter pointer not swing.

1. The use and maintenance of diesel supply system.

The most important thing in the use of diesel fuel supply system is to ensure the cleanliness of diesel. Light diesel oil of qualified quality must be used and purified by precipitation before it can be added to the tank; After refueling, the fuel tank cap should be covered to prevent dust from entering; Check the tightness of each pipe joint and sealing joint surface of the oil circuit at any time to prevent leakage.

Generally speaking, the diesel filter should be cleaned after every 100 hours of working of the diesel generator set; After every 500 hours of work, the diesel tank and each pipeline should be cleaned, the carbon deposits on the needle valve parts should be removed, the fuel injection pressure should be calibrated, the fuel injection quality of the fuel injector should be checked, and adjusted or replaced if necessary. When it is necessary to replace the precision couple, it should be noted that it can only be replaced in pairs. The oil supply advance angle has been adjusted when the diesel generator set leaves the factory, and it is generally not necessary to adjust it arbitrarily, but after replacing the plunger couple, the oil supply advance angle needs to be readjusted.

2. Key points for the use and maintenance of the governor.

After the diesel generator set is stopped and turned off, the speed regulating handle should be placed in the parking position to avoid the elastic force weakened by the long-term force of the speed regulating spring.

Attention should be paid to the firmness of the bolts, nuts and other parts of the governor to prevent major accidents caused by loose connections.

When reassembling, special attention should be paid to the reliability of the connection between the long-arm fork of the speed control lever and the fuel injection adjustment device (plunger adjustment arm). Otherwise, it is very easy to cause "flying car" or diesel generator set can not start and other failures.

The adjustment of the governor needs to use special instruments, such as tachometer, the user generally does not have this condition, when it is really necessary to adjust, it should be carried out in a professional repair shop, and the user should not adjust it at will.
