I often hear people say that the Longmen Grottoes, located 13 kilometers south of Luoyang City, have spectacular scenery and are well-known at home and abroad, and are a treasure trove of sculpture art, attracting many Chinese and foreign tourists. Today, my family came to the Longmen Grottoes and finally fulfilled my dream wish.
Looking at Longmen Mountain from afar, the trees on the mountain are very dense, the big trees and small trees are close to each other side by side, the pine and cypress are delicate and upright.
The first thing that catches your eye is the three caves of Binyang. Three huge Buddha statues sit in the cave, their dresses fluttering, looking so kind and dignified, as if they are welcoming guests from all over the world.
Then we visited the Ten Thousand Buddha Caves. It's really a world of Buddha statues. They vary in size, the largest is seven or eight meters tall, and the smallest is just over two centimeters, and even the eyes can't see clearly.
These Buddha statues have different expressions, some sit upright and meditate, and some have a majestic demeanor. There are more than 15,000 Buddha statues in the cave. I really don't know how skilled craftsmen created this extraordinary miracle on this cliff in ancient times when technology was backward.
This one, rows and rows of orderly Buddha statues, seem to be wordlessly telling this legendary historical story.
We climbed the stairs and finally saw the largest and most spectacular Buddha - she is the world-famous Lushena Buddha. The Lushena Buddha was shaped in the Tang Dynasty, she is tall and her ears are meters long. I had seen her many times on TV screens and in pamphlets, and I was all too familiar with her, but standing in front of the real Lushena Buddha, I still sighed.
Carefully examined, the face of the Buddha is dignified and beautiful, a pair of eyes are full of brilliance, Ambilight, the joints of the fingers are clearly visible, and the Buddha beads worn on the neck are also round and realistic. The whole Buddha statue has smooth lines and is lifelike. It is no wonder that the Lushena Buddha has become a business card to promote Luoyang and is well-known at home and abroad.
Longmen is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the cliffs are flat, and this magical geographical environment and the wisdom of the ancient working people are blended together, so that there is this wonderful cultural heritage. I was completely immersed in this beautiful and spectacular view, which enchanted me and made me linger.

The Dunhuang Grottoes are a place full of historical heritage, I was fortunate to come here, I was deeply attracted by this place, and I couldn't help but feel emotional when I saw everything in front of me!
The largest number and the richest part of the Dunhuang grotto art are the murals, and the most extensive subject is the statue painting, that is, the various Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Heavenly Kings and their sayings that people worship are equal; The story painting of Buddhist scriptures is completed with various stories in Buddhist scriptures; The warp painting is a large-scale warp change that arose in the Sui and Tang dynasties, comprehensively expressing the overall content of a scripture, how the ancients imagined and dreamed!

My hometown, Datong, Shanxi, is not only a nationally renowned coal capital, but also countless places of interest. For example, there are Huayan Temple, Jiulong Wall, Shanhua Temple and so on. But my favorite is the world-famous Yungang Grottoes, which is known as a treasure trove of ancient Chinese carving art.
One day during the summer vacation, the wind and the sun were beautiful, and my mother and I came to the Yungang Grottoes. We entered the gate of the scenic spot, and first came to the square of "Ma Zhi Shanren", ** stood the bronze statue of the sculptor "Tan Yao", which is really a masterpiece of ingenuity! Walking inside is Foguang Avenue, and the spacious stone road leads to the "Mountain Hall and Water Temple" on the periphery of the grotto.
On both sides of the stone road stands a white stone elephant, which holds a tall pagoda on its back, and has a strong religious atmosphere. Bypassing the seven-hole bridge, a cool breeze blows, and the branches of the trees sway, blowing ripples on the water surface like a jade mirror, which is very beautiful. Before we knew it, we were already approaching the magnificent Yungang Grottoes.
Listen to the tour guide to say, Yungang Grottoes was built in the Northern Wei Dynasty, more than 1500 years ago, was originally created for the worship of Buddhism, a total of 64 years, the earliest of which is the five caves excavated by Tanyao, and then gradually excavated more than 200 caves. In this one-kilometer-long group of stone carvings, the statues are as large as more than ten meters and as small as a few centimeters, and the stone carvings are full of dazzling, which is really spectacular. They come in a variety of forms and are full of energy.
Some Buddha statues, flying into the sky or beating drums or ringing bells, some holding piccolo or singing and dancing, some holding pipa in their arms, facing tourists, we sigh at the wisdom and hardships of the ancient working people. The most well-known Buddha statue is the Buddha statue of Sakyamuni that is about 17 meters high, people who have seen it will be in awe, he is kind and kind, the facial features are upright, the demeanor is dignified, the carving is exquisite, and he deserves to be the "spokesperson" of the Yungang Grottoes. The statues and various forms of small Buddhas in other caves are also carved lifelike, especially the small flying sky is light, as if it really wants to fly, and there are countless colorful murals, which make visitors breathtaking.
Yungang Grottoes is really an artistic treasure, so that the best people forget to return.
