1. Be familiar with the controlled object, formulate the control plan, analyze the process and working characteristics of the controlled object, understand the cooperation between the machine, electricity and hydraulics of the controlled object, and determine the control requirements of the controlled object for the PLC control system.
2. Determine the IO equipment According to the control requirements of the system, determine the input (such as buttons, travel switches, selector switches, etc.) and output devices (such as contactors, solenoid valves, signal indicators, etc.) required by the user, so as to determine the IO points of the PLC.
3 Selection of PLC The selection mainly includes the selection of PLC model, capacity, IO module and power supply.
4 Assign the IO address of the PLC According to the needs of the production equipment site, determine the control button, and select the type, specification and quantity of various input and output equipment such as switches, contactors, solenoid valves, signal indicators, etc.; According to the model of the selected PLC, the comparison table of the input and output devices and the PLC input and output terminals is listed, so that the PLC external IO wiring diagram can be drawn and programmed.
5. Design software and hardware, carry out PLC program design, design and on-site construction of control cabinet (set) and other hardware. Because the program and hardware design can be carried out at the same time, the design cycle of the PLC control system can be greatly shortened, and for the relay system, all the electrical control circuits must be designed before the construction design.
6 Online debugging Online debugging refers to the overall debugging of the program through the simulation debugging. At the beginning, debugging is carried out without the output equipment (contactor coil, signal indicator light, etc.). Using the monitoring function of the programmer, the method of segmented debugging is adopted.
After all parts are debugged normally, they will be put on the actual load for operation. If the requirements are not met, the hardware and programs will be adjusted. Usually, only part of the program needs to be modified, and after all the debugging is completed, it will be delivered for trial operation.
After a period of running, if it works fine and the program does not need to be modified, the program should be solidified into the eprom in case the program is lost.
7. Organize technical documents, including design specifications, electrical installation drawings, electrical component schedules and instruction manuals.
