Hello landlord, the following are some personal experiences of learning Buddhism at the end of the year, I hope it can help you.

Buddhism has four stages: "belief, understanding, action, and proof", which complement each other. "Faith" is the foundation of Buddhism, but it is not the whole story.

The first step is to start with the initial recitation, starting with the daily recitation of "Nam Mu A (a) Mita Buddha" or "Nam Mu Avalokiteshvara" or "Nam Mu Avalokiteshvara", either silently or aloud, at least one sentence a day, and as many as possible, but with no limit on the number, it is of course better to recite more, and to be able to hear every word clearly in your heart when reciting. When you experience the protection of the Buddha and the improvement of your destiny, you will naturally give birth to a simple faith. The corresponding textbook is to search for "Buddha Recitation Induction Record" or "E-era Guanyin Bodhisattva Induction Record" (Sina Blog) to see, which can enhance the confidence to continue reading.

"Nam-no" means to take refuge respectfully and be willing to accept the salvation and protection of the Buddha and Bodhisattva.

The second step is to clarify the goal of studying Buddhism, figure out the root mechanism of learning Buddhism, and choose the corresponding method to study according to the root mechanism of learning Buddhism. The corresponding textbooks can be found in or Youku "Lu Jushi's "Straight to the Pure Land" ** Lecture First and Second Lecture to see.

The third step is to cultivate the mind of detachment from the six realms of samsara, which is renunciation, which is the belief that goes deep into the flesh and bones. It is cultivated from the profound learning experience of the four aspects of "human life is rare, life is impermanent, reincarnation is suffering, and cause and effect is true". The corresponding textbooks can be found in or Youku "Four External Explanations" or "Lu Jushi's "Pure Land Prelude" and "Cause and Effect Series**".

With the above solid foundation of "faith", the correct goal of learning Buddhism is clear, and the practice method that suits one's root mechanism can be found in accordance with the principle of "corresponding to the machine method", and the three stages of "understanding, practice, and proof" are naturally not a problem.

Finally, I wish you a happy and happy day! There is no Amitabha Buddha in the south.

Life is a process of experience.

There is a good saying: "There are three things in life that are predestined: life, death, and setbacks."

But in the midst of countless uncertain things, once you have determined, follow your heart tightly and harness your will, then the fourth thing is born, and that is: your day is radiant. ”

We should be brave in the face of setbacks, follow our hearts closely, and let ourselves live brightly every day.

The only way to be truly happy and happy is not to escape from reality and find a paradise, but to practice in the red dust. The so-called cultivation is more about constantly revising one's words and deeds. Make ourselves happy, so that others can feel our happiness and be happy with their happiness.

Here are three ways to share with you. Let everyone enjoy happiness in the process of life, and at the same time let the people around us be happy with our happiness.

    1. Investment. Whatever you do, you have to give it your all and give it 100 percent. You will gain what you give your heart to. You are the product of thought, and what you focus on, you will grow. Your attention can change when you're there.

Give your heart to your own career, and be "selfless". Only by truly devoting yourself to doing something can you stimulate your unlimited strength and potential. Only then can we focus on a goal and a career, and only then can we achieve positive results.

If you don't invest, you will compare with others, and if you have a contrast, you will have a gap, which will be painful and entangled. We should compare more with our past, with our own yesterday, as long as we continue to make progress, we will be very happy.

    2. Continuity. Success is simply doing things over and over again. Without continuity, there is no strength, without continuity there will be no long-lasting, and without continuity, there will be loss of direction.

There is only one way to be sustainable, and that is to "fill up". Fill your schedule with the things you love, focus on, and do. Go all out to invest in your own "ability magnetic field". Let yourself burn fully, only in this way can you achieve positive results.

    3. Nature. The highest state of cultivation in Hongchen is: there is no goal, there is no purpose, there is no thought of surpassing anyone, just bravely surpassing yourself.

Go with the flow, live freely, and let your life be true. So that your heart will not get tired. Desirelessness is just that.

There is a saying for everyone, if you want to be happy, never forget the childlike innocence, if you want to succeed, never forget the most authentic inner needs.

Sadness, joy, joy, pain, ......This is the nature of reincarnation. "If we could look down on each of our lives from a high vantage point, as the arhats did, we would be amazed at how many incredible joys and sorrows there were, how many people longed for your love, and how many people longed for and destroyed the love of so many people. You are crazy about love, arguing, and even committing suicide.

This is the game of reincarnation on earth. ”

After the happiness of meeting, there is reluctance to part. When we leave, we always say goodbye and look at each other more, and when we travel, we say goodbye to some people in one place and meet others in another.

The focus of this passage is on the "quiet place of the city" - the practice of red dust. What about the silence of the city? In fact, it's in my own heart.

Remembering the teachings of the Guru and remembering the benefits of sentient beings, the mind will be in a state of silence. Although there are more and more people, there are fewer and fewer people who care about their hearts and inner peace.

Prajna Hymn. Living in the hustle and bustle of Hongchen, who does not wish for self-liberation, but always thinks about benefiting sentient beings, this is the silence of the Bodhisattva. "Ode to Prajna" also says:

The bodhisattva who does not depart from bodhichitta is always in concentration. In Tantra, without a lot of restraint, one can live a very happy life and at the same time remain sober. As a family member, you don't need to give up some desires, and when you know your own heart and your troubles, you may have a chance to be liberated if you don't give up your family and your own trivial things in the world.

Picturesque distance, free and easy life ......This is actually the "poetry and distant fields" in "Life is more than what is in front of you".

Every bit of life can train the soul, understand life, and find the way to liberation!

Heaven is far away, humane! Seven emotions and six desires, breaking away, how many people are there through the ages?

When you know someone, you will be mortal! Faithful and affectionate! The vicissitudes of the world, heaven and earth are one heart!

Do not do all evil, practice all good, and purify one's will, which is Buddhism.

The teachings of the Buddhas do not allow us to detach ourselves from life or dislike this world, but to let us know how to analyze, understand, and judge various problems in reality with wisdom, and to find solutions to the middle way. Doing what we can and should do is the process of our own awakening, awareness, and then final enlightenment, which is called "self-purification". That is, you know what you should do.

Buddhism points to the troubles of life, but it does not take us out of society. Only by correctly controlling one's own psychology and one's own behavior will there be no troubles.

The Dharma is not separated from the world, the Dharma is life, and life is the Dharma. Society, family, and work are all their own responsibilities and obligations in the world, first of all, to ensure that family members have no worries about food and clothing, good health, a satisfactory life, and the law, and then do social work to serve others. See the Sutra of Good Life of the Long Aham.

If you are often unable to maintain a pure mind, you should always be vigilant and strive according to your circumstances.

If one can contemplate the immovable nature of all things, one should develop a great bodhichitta and make good use of all convenient methods to help sentient beings become enlightened.

It needs to be studied systematically, first to know what practice is, and then to learn how to carry out the things in life in practice.

In this regard, I recommend that you study the Lamrim, which covers everything from how to eat and sleep to how to become a Buddha.

The practice of Buddhism is to practice in the mortal world. First of all, the intention should be "non-dwelling". To deal with people and things, we should "give without phase". In ordinary life, we must take the precepts as our teachers. Thinking and judgment should be practiced according to teaching.

The Diamond Sutra is the basic wisdom for our practice and life in the world. The Medicine Master Sutra can pave the way for wealth and good land for earthly practice. The Jizo Sutra lets you know that you wish to save sentient beings. The Lotus Sutra teaches you the courage to become a Buddha.

Practicing in the world, blessing and wisdom double cultivation. to be successful.
