How to format Eclipse encoding

This article describes how to set up the Encode Format Material tool in Eclipse.

Method 1Click window-->preference2, enter the page below, and then click general-->workspace, in the form that appears on the right, find "text file encoding", where you can modify the encoding format.

1. Encoding of workspace:

eclipse, toolbar window, preferences 2, project

Select the project, right-click, [properties], 3, a single file.

Select the Chinese part, right-click, [properties].

1. Modify the default workspace encoding method of Eclipse. Click "Window" - "Preferences", click "General" - "Workspace", so that the default text file encoding method for each future writing will be UTF-8

2. Modify the project coding method. Move the mouse to the project name, right-click, select "Properties", the dialog box as shown in the figure will pop up, select "Resource", there is a "Text File Encoding", select the encoding to use.

3. Modify the file encoding method. Move the mouse over the file, right-click, select "Properties", and the dialog box as shown in the figure will pop up, and there is a "Text File Encoding" under "Resource", select the encoding you want to use.

4. Modify the default encoding method of a certain type of file. "Window" - "Preferences", pop up the dialog box as shown in the figure, select "General" - "Content Type", select the type to be modified on the right, and select the encoding method you want to use in the "Default Encoding" below.

2.How to modify (view) the encoding of a class or other individual filesSelect the individual file you want to modify (view), right-click, and select properties at the bottom of the menu -- you will see the following dialog box (this method only changes the encoding format of the file you selected).
