First, the first-tier and some hot second-tier cities have implemented targeted regulation and control policies, and the real estate market has dropped significantly in October.
In order to quickly reflect the recent changes in the real estate market, the National Bureau of Statistics conducted statistics on the real estate market in the first half of October in 15 first-tier and some hot second-tier cities while doing a good job in the housing price statistics of 70 large and medium-sized cities in September. The results show that the real estate market has undergone positive changes after the implementation of targeted regulatory policies in first-tier and some hot second-tier cities according to local conditions and city-specific policies. From the perspective of the month-on-month rise and fall of housing prices, the momentum of excessively fast housing prices in 15 first-tier and some hot second-tier cities has been significantly curbed, and the trend of housing prices has stabilized.
Compared with September, the month-on-month index of newly built commercial residential buildings** in the first half of October in first-tier and some hot second-tier cities decreased.
