1. The decisiveness of the purpose of teaching.

Teaching is a planned, purposeful activity. All the activities of teaching are aimed at achieving a definite pedagogical purpose. It is necessary to decide what to teach, what not to teach, and how to teach according to the teaching purpose determined by the syllabus and the content of the textbook.

2. Developmental lesson preparation.

In the teacher's lifelong teaching, the development of lesson preparation is absolute. After the completion of a lecture, the preparation of the lesson is temporarily in a relatively stable state. The next time a teacher teaches the same content, the lesson plan cannot be picked up and reused as it is, but must be adjusted, modified, and supplemented in light of the development of knowledge, the reform of teaching methods, and changes in the objects of education.

A lesson plan that is completed once is not eternal and applies forever. It must develop and change in the development of knowledge, in the reform of the teachings, and in the changes of students.

This semester (2019), with the support of the Xinjiang Medical University Heart Association, I carried out the fourth session of the college students' reading club.

This study is about Adler's courage psychology and the book "The Courage to Be Hated", which is divided into 6 times of study, all of which are used to study on Wednesday night, and after the end of the study, each student has made small changes in cognition, emotion and behavior, which is happy for me and rewarding.

When I first saw the reading club, the classmates around me were very strange, and everyone was busy with their own things, or reading books or looking at mobile phones, or thinking about the book club.

Introverted, I looked at the book and thought about "the courage to be hated", and then I met the reading club, Mr. Da Luo took us to play games and analyze Adler's thoughts, and it was so beautiful to shine and quietly.

When I met Mr. Da Luo, he taught me the meaning of communication, which closely connected the students of our reading club. When I met the classmates in the reading club, I let the difference between seeing and my individual collide in the discussion, and the fierce thinking collision in the discussion relieved me of too much confusion in my heart; Encountering "The Courage to Be Hated", Adler taught how to be a human being, not trapped in the past, not afraid of the future, and cherish the present.

If I used to be introverted as a closed circle, now I am a half-open circle that frees me from the troubles of relationships, and as Adler said, if a person really wants to change, it will happen.

It seems that money has become the main measure of a person's achievement. Yes, I want to be rich, but sometimes I can't be biased. It stands to reason that I shouldn't be telling about this, because I don't read very well.

The journey was frank and stumbling, and it didn't seem to be a smooth journey, but I really liked what I had done along the way.

The so-called going to school, reading, learning should be endless, I am still in school, at the age of 24, I have crossed elementary school, junior high school, high school, came to university, and rushed to the master's level, everything is very ordinary but it seems to be extraordinary. Each intermittent trip has a different feeling, from a small place to a big city. As a rural kid, I came out.

If I hadn't gone to school and studied step by step, I might not have come to where I am now, I might not be standing here now, and I may not be surrounded by such high-quality people. Enjoying the free air of the big city, although it doesn't feel too special, all of this is very different from where we started.

After reading books for so many years, maybe some people go to work early and struggle for their lives, but at this moment we can't compare to them, and we don't have enough money in our hands, so the theory of the uselessness of reading has arisen in some people's grievances. The so-called knowledge and the so-called inheritance are just to help you fill up the "electricity" and develop your own potential.

On the way to study, you have broadened your horizons, made friends, received knowledge, and met love. To put it bluntly, the road to study is a journey that sets off from a distant place and goes farther and farther. Ignorance to knowledge, little knowledge to much knowledge.

Climbed over the mountains, crossed the streams. You're in your old home, and you're hardly going to meet a star on TV, but you do have a chance when you come out. After stepping into the society, the diploma of going to school is a faint aura, which is a pride of your own.
