Psychology can explain that the desire for the fullness of the self and eternal life is the universal motivator of religion and the manifestation of human arrogance and narcissism. Buddhism has no way out in logical contradictions, so it has to make assumptions and solve the problem of inability to speculate with faith. From exquisite speculative retreat to anti-intellectualism, this is not a leap but self-deception.

For those who have Hinayana root instruments, say the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path, and finally break through the disturbing obstacles and obtain nirvana and liberation from birth and death; For those who have Mahayana root instruments, say the six paramita methods, and finally get rid of the obstacles of knowledge and ignorance, and attain nirvana without abode, and attain liberation.
