Step Method.

First, make sure your laptop has wireless turned on.

Once confirmed, the word "Shared" will appear next to the NIC icon that provides sharing, indicating that the "Broadband Connection" has been shared to "Virtual WiFi".

Then, go ahead and type: netsh wlan start hostednetwork in the command prompt, press enter to run.
