Founded in 1991, China Road Transport Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") is voluntarily composed of enterprises, institutions and groups in China's road transport industry and related industries, and is approved by the Ministry of Communications, registered and established by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and is a national social organization with legal personality, which is an industry and non-profit organization. The Association consists of passenger transport, cargo transport, transport of dangerous goods, car drivers, Dao Yin Shengchun road transport station, transport equipment and energy saving, taxi and car rental, international road transport, road container transport and urban passenger transport and other ten professional working institutions and expert committees, entrusted by the Ministry of Transport to run the national double-effect journal "China Road Transport" magazine, with transport research institute and road transport consulting. Under the leadership of the Council and the business guidance, supervision and management of the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Xiaohe will organize and carry out various business activities in accordance with the "Constitution" for the purpose of providing services for China's road transport industry.

China's road transport industry has more than 40 million employees and 13 million business vehicles, is the basic pillar industry of the national economy, and has played an important role in economic and social development. The association has large and medium-sized road transport enterprises and local road transport associations as the main body of the group members nationwide; It is a member of the International Road Transport Federation in China. The business work of the Association adheres to the socialist economic construction as the center, in accordance with the requirements of "providing services, reflecting demands, and standardizing behaviors", and gives full play to the organization, coordination, and service functions of new social groups in the development of the industry, the market economic system, and the construction of spiritual civilization, and acts as a good staff and assistant, and plays the role of a bridge and link.

Since its establishment, the association has always adhered to the tenet of "two-way service", and strived to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the industry and all members, in order to promote the economic development of the industry, technological progress, scientific management and academic research services, and actively play the role of industry self-discipline, in promoting the leapfrog development of the road transport industry, and better serve the comprehensive construction of a well-off society has made due contributions. In particular, entrusted by the first or under the support and guidance of the first one, the Association undertook and carried out the "road transport enterprise rating", "Ministry of Communications key contact enterprise system" and "national road transport enterprises top 100 release", "China green freight action" and other key work, at home and abroad and inside and outside the industry has a wide range of influence, in order to promote the adjustment of the industry structure, enterprises "stronger and bigger", to achieve the leapfrog development of road transport has played a positive role. The Association is a "National Advanced Non-governmental Organization" of the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

Under the leadership of the National Development and Reform Commission and the supervision and management of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the China Communications Association carries out various business activities. The scope of business is:

1. In the process of building a socialist market economic system, assist the relevant departments in establishing unification.

2. Cooperate with relevant departments and explore and deepen the reform measures of transportation, post and telecommunications enterprises according to the characteristics of the industry, and promote the comprehensive implementation of the modern enterprise system.

3. Reflect the situation of the transportation industry to the relevant departments, and put forward suggestions on the development of transportation, post and telecommunications undertakings, policies, strategies, plans, policies and construction projects.

Fourth, to assist the first department, strengthen the horizontal connection between various modes of transportation, between various communication networks, as well as between the transportation, post and telecommunications industries and other related industries, develop cooperation between enterprises, promote the combined transportation of passengers and goods, and promote the development of container, bulk, refrigerated and heavy-duty and rapid transportation.

5. Cooperate with the military communications departments to participate in the study of the relevant situation and problems in the implementation of the principle of "integrating military and civilian use and peacetime and wartime" in the production and construction of transportation, post and telecommunications, and make suggestions.

6. Study the basic situation and existing problems of passenger and freight transportation (including loading and unloading), post and telecommunications (tariffs), and reflect and put forward adjustment and reform opinions to the competent authorities.

7. Adopt a variety of forms to help relevant departments and enterprises in the industry to do a good job in the training of cadres in the comprehensive economic, technical and operational management of transportation.

8. Accept the entrustment to undertake the research on the development strategy and planning of transportation, post and telecommunications, the feasibility study, demonstration and review of construction projects, and the consulting services for improving operation and management.

9. Organize research on the theory, development strategy, planning, policy and logistics standards, logistics enterprise management and other related issues of the modern logistics industry, and provide consulting suggestions for logistics enterprises.

10. Promote the development of transportation informatization and intelligent transportation systems.

Ten. 1. Publish books and periodicals and information materials related to transportation, and provide a place for member units to transmit information, exchange experience and publish theoretical opinions on the development of transportation.

Expand contacts with relevant social organizations and enterprises at home and abroad, as well as with Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, and promote exchanges in technology, economy, and operation and management between the relevant transportation, post and telecommunications industries at home and abroad.
