As a person who has come over, I want to tell you that when you really give, your leaders and your classmates will look at it, and you are running for the ministerial level, and this does not lie in how long you have been talking on the stage and talking like a river, which will make your leaders feel that you are not pragmatic. Since you have done a lot of work, then I think you must have a lot of your own feelings, have a deep understanding of the department, have your own ideals and goals, and hope to continue to bring the Department of Discipline to a higher level, with which is enough for you to show very well on the stage.
