First, the pilot hole construction technology.

1.Mechanical selection.

According to the geological conditions of the project, 2 JZL90 auger drilling rigs are selected, and the pre-drilled hole diameter can be 50 100mm smaller than the pile diameter according to the specification, and the pile diameter of the group is 400mm, so the pilot hole is equipped with a 300mm drill pipe.

2.Construction method.

The soil extraction and pilot hole method is to use the auger drilling rig to drill the hole in advance or resist, and then apply or hydrostatic pressure pipe pile on the pre-drilled hole position, so that the pipe pile can reach the depth required by the design. The pre-drilled pile sinking method can significantly improve the soil squeezing effect, the foundation can be significantly improved, the foundation soil displacement can be reduced by 30% 50%, the excess pore water pressure value can be reduced by 40% 50%, and the extrusion and floating of the sunken pile can be reduced, which is also conducive to reducing the impact on the surrounding environment. The diameter of the pre-drilled hole is generally about 70% of the pile diameter, the depth depends on the pile distance and the compactness of the soil, permeability, the effective pile length of the pile is 12 meters, according to the site has been completed the pile sinking situation, the depth of the pre-drilled hole is 8 meters, should be drilled with the beating, do not wait.

3.Construction process.

Drilling rig assembly and commissioning, construction pay-off positioning, pile position and elevation, relevant personnel review, acceptance, building axis, pile positioning, auger drilling rig in place, drill pipe alignment pile position, adjust drill pipe verticality, start motor drilling, transport the clay taken out to the off-site, measure hole depth, record and record.

1) According to the construction drawings and the control points handed over by the joint venture, the axes and pile positions are accurately cast. Then order a small wooden stake on the pile position to make a mark.

2) After the pile position is complete, please ask the supervisor and relevant departments to check the line and review the pile position.

4) After the acceptance of the pile line and the mechanical commissioning work is completed, the mechanical drilling construction will begin, and the average hole depth will be 20 meters.
