Isolated, static, one sided, superficial view of how to understand things

An isolated, static, one-sided, superficial view refers to a way of thinking that looks at things in isolated, static, one-sided, and superficial ways. This way of thinking emphasizes seeing things as isolated, unrelated to the things around them, fixed, and observed and understood only from one aspect or from the surface.

Specifically, manifestations of this way of thinking include:

1.Isolation: Instead of seeing things as interconnected, see things as isolated, not connected to other things, not interacting with their surroundings.

2.Stillness: Instead of seeing things as constantly changing, things as static and unchanging, not changing with changes in time, environment, and other factors.

3.One-sided: Observe and understand things only from one aspect or only from the surface, and do not fully understand things from multiple angles and levels.

4.Superficial: Only regard the superficial phenomena of things as real, do not deeply understand the essence and internal connection of things, and only stay on the surface of things.

This way of thinking makes it difficult for us to see the essence and true appearance of things, to grasp the development trend and laws of things, and to produce prejudices and misunderstandings. Therefore, we need to break this way of thinking, establish a comprehensive, connected, and developing viewpoint, deeply understand the essence and internal connection of things, understand things comprehensively, and grasp the law of development of things.

This is called looking at the problem statically, only seeing Xiao Ming making a lot of money but not seeing that Xiao Ming is not happy, this is called looking at the problem on the surface, and these three kinds of only seeing part of the facts are called one-sided looking at the problem. Isolation, stillness, and superficiality are not distinct.

Isolation: Two things notice only one thing and do not notice the connection with the other.

Stillness: Thinking in only one direction, not knowing how to be flexible.

Superficial: It means seeing a phenomenon and not knowing why it happens.

For example, when we understand the universe, just as children know fruits, pears, peaches, and apples are recognized separately, and then the concept of fruits can be formed.

There are also various disciplines and special topics, and it can also be said that this method is used from the individual to the general, from the special to the general. What should be particularly pointed out here is that a static, isolated, and one-sided approach is sometimes necessary, but a static, isolated, and one-sided viewpoint, position, understanding, and attitude must be wrong.
