Learn to stop your thoughts, and at the same time observe your thoughts to see why they were born, why they were born, and how they were extinguished. And think about how that idea will turn into action, and what will happen, good or bad. Observe the process and do not stop it, so that the heart can see the nature of the thoughts.

Although I am only half a student of Buddhism, I would like to share a little bit of my own experience.
Buddha, the original meaning is the perfect enlightened one, the meaning of the complete enlightenment of the universe, heaven and earth. Therefore, the study of Buddhism is not to blindly worship or superstitious idols, nor to pray for external forces to change anything, but to reflect inwardly, awaken from within, and then to enlightenment.
To learn Buddhism, first of all, we should understand cause and effect, and all kinds of things in the world are nothing but cause and effect. Our lives have a cause and an effect. What you sow, what kind of cause and what kind of effect. It's like planting crops, if you sow the seeds of corn in the spring, you will harvest the corn in the fall, and it will not be possible to grow grapes.
Therefore, learning Buddhism comes from the bits and pieces of life. If a person understands cause and effect, he will definitely understand a truth: if you want to have a good result in everything, you should plant the seeds of goodness.
To understand cause and effect, we should also know that all the laws of heaven and earth are all caused and combined, and they can only happen when various conditions are met. So when you want to fulfill your good wishes, you should try to create all kinds of conditions to make your wishes come true. Karma and harmony are not achieved overnight, but require a certain process, and when the time is ripe, a result can be presented.
Heaven and earth are all kinds of laws, only change is always the same.
Studying Buddhism is not about burning incense and worshipping Buddha. Because "the Buddha is not far away in Lingshan, and Lingshan is only in your heart". If a person has done all the bad things and is full of evil, even if you worship all the famous mountains and rivers and knock your head in front of the Buddha statue, it will not work.
To study Buddhism is to reflect on one's own mind and seek inwardly. What a person encounters should not complain about others, but should ask questions of one's own heart, and this is what students of Buddhism should understand. Therefore, the consciousness of life is the consciousness of one's own heart.
Studying Buddhism is to inspire people to understand the true face of the universe and life, and to understand the relationship between themselves and the ten thousand laws of heaven and earth.
The premise of learning Buddhism is to do a good job first. If you can't be upright, you can't respect the old and love the young, you can't abide by the law, you can't be helpful, you can't be an upright person, and you can't be an upright person, learning Buddhism is useless.
In short, whether we study Buddhism or other ancient sages, the form and meaning of the words may be different, but the root of it is to learn wisdom, because true wisdom is harmonious and round, so that we can see wisdom and be more broad and inclusive.
It is the study of enlightenment and liberation, the study of education, the study of self-cultivation...
The Buddha is an enlightened person, a person who understands the truth of the universe of life.
There are too many things to learn in architecture, and the form training of the old fourth school of Buza + Bauhaus is only a very preliminary part. Misreading the concept of "space" is also a drawback. If you like mathematics, physics and chemistry, you might as well pay attention to digital things such as programming and robots. >>>More
