1. Conscientiously study education and teaching theories, and take the lead in realizing professional development. Pay attention to the reform and development of the discipline, be familiar with the curriculum standards, teaching tasks, basic requirements and content of each grade of the discipline, study and master the scope and content, proposition question type, question amount and difficulty of the subject examination, and truly become the leader of the teaching of the discipline.

2. Adhere to the front line of teaching, complete the teaching tasks well, and the teaching performance is among the best in the same grade.

3. Publish more than one professional ** in journals at or above the municipal level every year, or win awards in academic exchanges or selections at or above the municipal level.

4. Every year, there is a plan and a target to guide one teacher, sign a mentor-apprentice agreement, and carefully guide and cultivate them from the aspects of ideology, teaching, and scientific research. The young teachers under the guidance will conduct at least one school-level teaching report class per semester.

5. Undertake a demonstration class, report or lecture at or above the school level every semester.

6. Undertake a school-level education, teaching and scientific research project during the term of office.

7. Actively participate in various training, teaching and research, and scientific research activities organized by provincial and municipal education departments.

8. Listen to no less than 2 classes of young teachers every week, and submit the class records in time.

9. Listen to the young teacher's class no less than 1 time per week, and submit the class record in time.

2. Management and assessment of discipline leaders.

1. The school implements dynamic management of subject leaders. The Office leads the teaching department to establish business files for subject leaders and backbone teachers according to work performance, professional level, performance of duties, etc.

2. Every year, the office will take the lead, and the subject leaders and backbone teachers will be assessed according to their job responsibilities, and the assessment results will be reported to the school council for approval and then included in my business files. Those who fail to pass the assessment will no longer enjoy the treatment of subject leaders and backbone teachers. The specific assessment rules shall be formulated by the office and submitted to the president for approval.

3. If one of the following circumstances occurs during the employment period, the qualifications of the subject leader and backbone teacher will be cancelled, and the relevant benefits will no longer be enjoyed from the month of cancellation.

1. Responsible for the overall operation of the group's English program, and integrate the group's English subject teacher resources;

2. Responsible for the organization of the teaching and research of the group's English subject courses, developing, exploring and organizing various forms of teaching and research activities, improving the overall teaching level of the teachers of the subject group, and providing high-quality teaching resources for the company;

3. Responsible for the overall design, layout, planning and strategy of the group's English products;

4. Responsible for teaching.

Qualifications: -3 years of front-line teaching experience;
