5) The serial port cable connected to the industrial computer is not connected.

Exclusion method: 1) Plug the electronic controller or ray source controller into the corresponding socket.

2) Replace the contactor.

3) Replace the switching power supply.

4) Connect the network port cable to the industrial computer.

5) Connect the serial port cable to the IPC.

Note: Incorrect voltage output can damage the device and the power supply should be disconnected when replacing and adjusting.
