6. Find the device and printer. Next, let's set up the computer that remotely connects to the shared printer, enter the control panel, find "Devices and Printers", click on it, and enter the main interface.

7. Add a printer. At the top of the host plane, find "Add Printer", after clicking, it will automatically search for the shared printer, wait for a while, it will be searched, then select the printer you just set, click Next to connect.

Printers are already an indispensable equipment in normal office, but in enterprises with a large number of employees, it is impossible for everyone to have a printer, and it is redundant and wasteful, so one office or multiple offices need to share one printer. To connect the shared printer, you need to select the control panel in the start menu, find the device and printer options to enter, select Add Printer, the pop-up window continues to select the second item to add the network, click Next and select the printer I need is no longer in the list, continue to click Next and select the shared printer by name, enter the IP address and sharing name of the printer and click Next, click Next after proofreading the computer, add successfully, and click Done.
