Eric Prince, the current president of Blackwater, was born on June 6, 1969 in Holland, Michigan, USA, to a family of businessmen. Hard work, family, and religion are the core dogmas of the Prince family. Prince's old friends thought he was a responsible, enterprising, unexpected, and adventurous person.
During the Bush Sr.'s campaign, Prince, who was only 19 years old, donated $10,000 in campaign funds to the Republican Party, and thus formed an indissoluble bond with the Bush family.
After graduating from high school, Prince attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, but transferred to Hillsdale College because the college was "not challenging and conservative enough." During college, Prince read a lot of books on market economics, but Prince's interests were not limited to economics. Prince benefited from several internships in college, including a defense analyst for Republican Rep. Rolaback and a six-month intern at the White House during George H.W. Bush's tenure.
After graduating from college, Prince joined the U.S. Navy's famous Special Forces "Navy SEALs" in 1992, during which time he was deployed to Haiti, the Middle East, and the former Yugoslavia. In 1996, after the death of his father, Edgar Prince, Prince left the special forces and returned home from the army and inherited an auto parts manufacturing plant from his father.
In the 90s of the 20 th century, although the scale of US troops stationed overseas continued to decrease, the US military carried out more and more overseas operations, including the Gulf War, the Somali peacekeeping operation, and the Kosovo War. In order to make up for the lack of troops, the U.S. military began to hire more private security companies to carry out combat missions, a change that made Prince smell business opportunities and have the idea of starting a private security company.
In 1997, Prince sold off the auto parts factory and used the funds to buy nearly 6,000 acres of land in the Great Disneymore Marsh in North Carolina to start Blackwater Security and build a state-of-the-art shooting and security training camp, from which "Blackwater" takes its name. Prince moved all the training facilities he was familiar with during his time in the army, including a shooting range, a drill ground, a building that simulated hostage-taking, and a bunker occupied by militants. Blackwater started as a small company with six employees, but today it is one of the largest private security companies in the United States, employing more than 1,000 people in Iraq alone, and its rapid rise is largely due to the war factor.

The "Princeton Tactic" is a basketball term invented by Pete Carell, who used this style of play to lead a school like Princeton University, where no student has a student on an athletic scholarship, to 500 wins in the NCAA and a record 14 points conceded. The motto of "Princeton's style of play" is "strong takes advantage of the weak, and smart takes advantage of the strong." The essence of this style of play is "human movement, ball movement, coordination." >>>More
