There are four systems of rule of law, responsibility, sunshine and efficiency.
In 2007, Yunnan Province implemented the "legal system" four systems, which mainly include the examination and approval of the disposal of state-owned assets of provincial enterprises, the examination and approval of major resource development and utilization projects, the examination and approval of major investment projects, and the examination and approval of provincial financial supplementary budget expenditures.
In 2009, four "sunshine" systems were implemented, including hearings on major decisions, publicity of important matters, notification of key work and inquiry of government affairs information.
In 2010, it began to implement four systems of efficiency, including administrative performance management, administrative cost control, administrative behavior supervision, and administrative capacity improvement.

What are the four systems you are asking?

-- Scientific risk management system. China** implements a risk-based inspection and quarantine access system for high-risk imported foods such as meat and vegetables, including: risk analysis of high-risk foods applied by exporting countries to China, signing inspection and quarantine protocols with the competent authorities of exporting countries for foods with acceptable risks, implementing health registration for foreign production enterprises, and implementing entry quarantine examination and approval for foods of animal and plant origin.
Strict inspection and quarantine system. After the imported food arrives at the port, the Chinese entry-exit inspection and quarantine authorities will carry out inspection and quarantine in accordance with the law, and only after passing the inspection and quarantine will it be allowed to be imported. The customs at the place of entry shall go through the inspection and release procedures for imported food with the customs clearance form issued by the inspection and quarantine authority, and then sell it in the Chinese market.
If quality, safety and hygiene problems are found during inspection and quarantine, corresponding measures shall be taken immediately for the food with problems in accordance with the law.
Perfect quality and safety monitoring system. While carrying out inspection and quarantine of imported food in accordance with the law, key monitoring is carried out on food with higher risk and food and items with more problems found in port inspection. Timely issue risk warnings for imported food that has serious problems or have the same problem found multiple times, and adopt strict control measures including increasing the sampling ratio, increasing testing items, and suspending imports.
Crack down on illegal imports. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the General Administration of Customs have established a customs inspection cooperation mechanism to jointly crack down on illegal food imports. In 2006, China and the European Commission signed the China-EU Cooperation Arrangement on Combating Illegal Imports and Exports of Food, which clarified that the two sides will jointly crack down on fraud, entrainment, illegal re-exports, smuggling and other illegal food imports and exports through information communication, technical cooperation, exchange of expert visits and joint special crackdown measures.

Hazardous chemical accidents in the enterprise, around is still very common, Jinchuan Group launched the Jinchuan model, so that enterprises get a zero-fault system architecture, do not believe the above picture to see, from China and Hong Kong Jinbang. Thank you all for being useful,. Thank you.

This is inconclusive, the actual situation of each enterprise or place is different, and the system settings will be different
First, underground mining enterprises should further establish and improve the system of leaders leading classes into the mine, formulate assessment methods and monthly plans, and file them with the Safety Supervision Bureau and announce them to all employees, strictly implement and register them in their work; The second is to continue to implement the "three ones" hidden danger investigation system of one day for the team, one day for the workshop (work team), and one day for the factory and mine, requiring enterprises to implement the responsibility for hidden danger investigation, and implement rectification measures and funds for the hidden dangers identified, and rectify them in a timely manner according to the time limit; Third, for the main person in charge of the enterprise that has major safety hazards or cannot be rectified in a timely manner for general hidden dangers, the leaders of the bureau will conduct interviews and warn them, and urge the enterprises to rectify them in place within a time limit; Fourth, the Work Safety Supervision Bureau issued annual safety production targets and tasks to relevant enterprises in the form of documents, requiring enterprises to formulate specific implementation plans and measures in accordance with the objectives and tasks, ensure funds, clarify time and responsibilities, and ensure the smooth realization of year-end assessment goals.

There are four hidden dangers: self-inspection of hidden dangers of enterprises, regular investigation by experts, "ten must-checks" of key parts and regular reports.
-
I can tell you about the hidden danger link.
1. According to the standard, this standard is laws and regulations, national standards, technical specifications, etc., to find the existing safety hazards.
2. If the hidden dangers are found, the department or responsible department should be notified in time for rectification, and if it can be rectified, it should be rectified immediately, and if it cannot be rectified immediately, stop using it or do a good job of prevention. Feedback to the department can be oral or rectification notice.
3. Feedback information after the rectification is completed by the rectification department.
4. Review. The qualified ones are signed and qualified, and the unqualified ones are rectified again until they are qualified. Closed loop.
b. Because there may be toxic gases in the chemicals that may be dispersed with the wind, of course, evacuate in the upwind direction.
"Case Analysis of Typical Accidents of Hazardous Chemicals at Home and Abroad" collects a total of 155 typical accidents of hazardous chemicals at home and abroad, introduces the process of accidents, and conducts in-depth analysis of the causes of accidents and the hazards caused, which has strong pertinence, practicability and warning. The publication and distribution of "Case Analysis of Typical Accidents of Hazardous Chemicals at Home and Abroad" plays an important role in strengthening the supervision and management of hazardous chemicals safety production, improving the safety management and safety awareness and level of employees, implementing safety production measures, and preventing the occurrence of hazardous chemical accidents.
Under normal circumstances, after an accident involving a hazardous chemical vehicle, especially in the event of a leak or other dangerous situation, the first thing to do is to quickly leave the accident scene, evacuate to the upwind location, and report the details to the local 110 so that they can deal with it decisively. So as not to delay the rescue or evacuation of local people, to prevent a greater disaster, and then report in detail to the leaders of the unit.
List all the chemicals.
Now there is the 2012 version of the hazardous chemicals catalog, you see that there are 6 categories and 1 item, there are many kinds.
